First, I was most pleased to have a service call the day I called your company. And, I feel fortunate to have Jason Lites as the technician responding. After explaining the situation to him, Jason explained several possible actions and the relative costs. After we decided on what I needed at this time, Jason proceeded with great efficiency to complete the job in 1.5 hours. He should be given at least 6 Atta Boys !!! I will recommend Precision in the future.

Everything was done on time. I was told when the repair man was coming for an estimate and he was here within 5 minutes. I was told when he would be here to fix my door, how much it would be and how long it would take. Again he was here within 5 minutes of that time, the price did not change and he was finished when he said he would be. It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with you. Simply awesome! Justin Ables was great, very proffesional. Something's are worth paying for and this is one of them. Showed up early, clean company shirt, big Ford deisel with company logo, cleaned mess, and finished promptly. Transaction done on company tablet, payed by CC, invoiced by email with picture of tech prior to showing up. I called Staurday morning and 45 minutes later Justin was there. I live in Navarre and it has been tough getting good service out here, this is the best experience I have had with any service. If I had a business, I would be very happy to have Justin represent me. Bravo Zulu, nicely done. Five stars.

I called and was able to set up an immediate appointment, the technician arrived at the promised time. The repair was made quickly and professionally, but to top it off - the technician offered to program my HomeLink and remote keypad, and did so in just a few moments - something I'd been unable to do. As a service industry consultant, I know when expectations are exceeded - and mine certainly were. I'll never call anyone else when I need service on my garage doors.

My garage door opener,a 1996 Lift Master model,stopped working on Sunday,3/15/15 (beware the Ides of March). I called Precision Door Service on Monday,3/16/15, late morning and was told a technician,Justin Ables,would be at my house between 2:00-5:00 pm the same day to diagnose,repair and/or replace. Justin called at 1:15 pm to let me know he was on the way. I appreciated the Company's prompt,courteous response and I very much appreciated Justin's three repair or replace options after his diagnosis for me to choose. It was fairly obvious of the decision I needed to make without any high pressure sales techniques. I am completely satisfied with my decision and I would highly recommend this Company's products and services.
