Had two repairs and they were both fast and efficient. On the most recent, I called at 7:40 am and they had someone out by 8am. I was able to be at work by 9:30! Will always use these guys.

How refreshing to dial your number for a service call and hear a pleasant answer instead of going through a series of pushing buttons to reach a person. Another pleasant thing was getting an appointment for the service call the same day. Better still, a call was made to confirm the appointment and suggested an earlier time which was great. We were pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of their skill in repairing our garage door opener. In answering our questions, they were able to assist us further in some repairs needed for our garage door. Also, let me add that we are senior citizens and appreciated the respect shown to us by the repairmen. We will not hesitate to recommend this great company to all our friends.

They came the same day we called, were very punctual, actually emailed a picture of our service representative ahead of time, and called us when he was on his way. Jason was very knowledgeable regarding our issue and offered us several options to pick from to repair our door. Very satisfied. Called them at noon and they can out by 4pm. They replaced our 20-year old garage door motor/opener with a new belt driven system. I've never heard a quieter garage door opener. Justin and James were great. Very personable and professional. They did the whole job in about an hour. I highly recommend Precision Door of PNS!

Contacted Precision early one morning about my garage door failure... within minutes, i received a phone call from Justin advising he was on his way to my home.. when arrived, greeted very professionally and asked to help... i indicated the problem to him and upon discovery of my worn out garage door opener, offered a number of suggestions to what suited my budget... i opted for the PDS800 model... all of the parts were readily available and complete installation was done that day within 2 hours... was very impressed with their knowledge of the equipment, greased all the moving parts and changed out the rollers as well since mine were 10+ years old.... upon completion, Justin reviewed the operating procedures for all aspects of the garage door... cleaned up any mess they made and ensured i was satisfied... i am very pleased with this professional installation.

Suddenly the garage door wouldn't open. The guys were able to make out sooner than planned. Besides broken springs, its an old door with many issues. They explained everything to me. I'm on a tight budget & they fixed my door without breaking my checkbook. I'll be calling them back should I have any other problems.

One of the springs broke this morning so I started a web search for a company to replace it and found Precision with excellent reviews by their customers. I called shortly after 8am when they opened and Justin was here at 8:45. He looked at the problem and provided me three quotes for different levels of service with no up selling. I made my choice and a little more than an hour later we were ready to test. Door lowered ok but it was clear that when the door dropped when raising it and the spring broke I had a stripped component. Justin immediately identified the component - found the replacement part in his truck and 10 minutes later he had picked up his tools and moved everything of mine back into place. Polite, courteous and very professional. Knows his stuff - highly recommend this company and Justin.
