Frank was on time, explained exactly what was needed and showed me so I could be sure I knew what was going on. He installed new springs and rollers and gave the door a complete overhaul. And a biggie for me.....he did not spend any time on a cell phone "visiting" with anyone while he was working. That's a huge plus to me.

From the telephone call to set appointment to the tech coming to my home EARLIER than scheduled, I will say that the entire experience surpassed my expectations. Kylie who set my appointment was super professional and very courteous, and Justin who was our tech was not only very expedient in getting the issue diagnosed, but gave me several options for me to make a better decision on how to take care of the problem.. It's refreshing to see people in the service industry have great attitudes doing their jobs and make us as clients feel like a priority and not an interruption in their day! I needed to have my door serviced and checked out. My remote didn't work any more and I was operating it manually. Prompt and on time! Jason was very profession and identified exactly what my issues were. Best thing was that they replaced the broken spring and installed the correct bracket (one that was installed was not even close to being correct or mounted in right place) in 30 minutes. Great job!! Yesterday, Sunday, I was raising my garage door. It went up half way then came crashing down. I had another company install new springs 3 years ago so I called them but no one answered. Started browsing the internet to find someone to come today to check it out. After calling 5 different places with no positive results, I happened to come across your ad and noticed it said 24/7 service. Called your company, your tech, Justin Ables arrived within 3 hours...saw the problems....gave me 3 repair options and prices. Justin raised the door, got my car out of the garage, then lowered and locked it. He came back the next day with a trainee and they completed the job. Both men were extremely courteous and efficient. The garage door has never operated so smoothly. I will be recommending them to all my friends. This is a CLASS A firm.

This company really does a 5* job! From the gal on the phone, to the professional website, to the repairman they send out! Justin was very professional, respectful, great personality.....and very good at what he does. Only took an hour to replace the spring and repair everything. We are astounded at the prompt service we received from your company. No other service, appliance repairmen, electricians, plumbers, etc., have ever responded to a repair request so quickly. As noted in other reviews we received an email with a picture of your repairman, a phone call informing us of when he would arrive, which was right on time. He explained exactly what the problem was, gave us a quote which included a lifetime warranty, and went right to work. He finished in an hour and a half. We will definitely recommend your business to our friends. Additionally, we'll write a recommendation article in our monthly community newsletter that is delivered to the 400 homes in our community. Thank you for being such a caring business and so customer friendly.

I couldn't be happier with my new garage door and service I received from Precision. From the initial visit to installation, Justin was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. He never rushed the decision making process and kept a smile on his face as I changed my mind of the umpteenth time. My new door - glides! It is s nearly silent, so very smooth and quiet.
