Well, I tried to fix the garage door. I had a keypad that was supposed to "just work". It didn't - I even read and followed the instructions! I did a quick internet search for Pensacola garage door repairs and Precision was right there. A phone call and a quick chat with a very nice Scheduler and we were on the Tech's to-do list. In short - he came, he saw he fixed! This company has my STRONGEST recommendation. If you need help, CALL THEM ... they are wonderful!

Techs were great. Went above and beyond what I expected. Only issue was I called at 9AM. Was told they would be there between 4 and 6PM. Techs didn't arrive to sometime between 6:30 and 7PM. So much for the waived service fee if it takes more than 4 hours for them to arrive.

Some of the best customer Service I have ever experienced. Technician was at the houses with an hour of the call to the office. Door was fixed within an hour and the rates were excellent. The technician new his stuff. Even though the door is very old he worked out a solution to our problem. I had originally called another company and they weren't interested in fixing our problem. Five stars for sure!
