My spring broke on my garage door and I was unable to open my door. I called Precision in the morning and a serviceman was dispatched and at my house within 2 hours. They repaired it within 45 minutes and did a very professional job. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their garage door fixed. They fixed the problem and didn't try to sell me unwanted services.

Jason came out to the beach to repair a broken spring on our i-drive system. It now works well, and I especially appreciate him taking the time to review system operation and maintenance with me. Our house is finishing a 6-month restoration so we've not had power in a while. He explained how the system will calibrate itself when power is restored. His professionalism and positive attitude earned your company a new customer. Plus, he showed up on time, which placed him head and shoulders above most construction workers we've seen! Outstanding service at a great price! The installer was very professional and the job was done quickly. Our situation required a low height style of installation that we found many companies could not do. After calling Precision Door Service, they said they could handle it. Just had service completed on my garage door and am extremely satisfied. I found Precision by searching online and was impressed with the professional website and particularly the ability to see a photo of my technician (Corey) before he came out. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the tech arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. Work was explained, options were provided and the job appears to be done in a workmanlike fashion. Corey was polite and respectful and I would definitely recommend Precision to others.

The service technician "Roger" showed up on time. Promptly gave me three quotes. We discussed the best one and he went to work and accomplished the job in under an hour. He went far beyond his required repair job and fix the garage door opener at no additional charge. On Wednesday November 23rd my garage door broke and you all had been recommended too me by a co-worker. I called and within an hour Corey and Blaine arrived. They were very professional and courteous and friendly. Great guys. They diagnosed the problem and gave me several options. I made the decision to replace the opener. Within an hour they had it replaced and everything cleaned up and it was back working again. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you so much.

We were leaving on Sunday and our door stopped working late Friday. We had to have something done on Saturday because one of our cars was outside and we couldn't open the garage door to put it in. I called Precision before 8 a.m. on Saturday and was given an appt that day. Wade arrived before his appt time, assessed the situation, gave a full estimate of the cost, and having all the parts he needed, went to work and finished the job in a little over an hour. We were so impressed with his timeliness and efficiency, nice guy. Would recommend Precision as the best.

Had a bad UV sensor. Sensors were replaced. Technician said remote was not working at range due to LED light bulbs being installed in opener. The LED lights interfere with the opener frequency. Replace a bracket and a hinge that was cracked. Technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Bobby and the team never cease to amaze me and over deliver on what I consider fantastic service already. Garage door motor went down over the weekend and placed a call in to get someone on site. With most vendors, you expect a week or so to get out to see you and then you hope they actually remember to show up. Not with Bobby and his team! I was told a tech would be onsite Monday morning at 8:30 and ready to address our repair issue promptly. How awesome is that! In addition to the quick service time, I was notified when the tech was on the way and who it was which made it very easy for us to plan our day. Tech showed up, was very professional and as always, a quality job was completed. I have used Bobby and his team on several occasions and could not be happier with every aspect of their quality and service levels. Customer for life!

One word sums up my 1st experience with Precision, "Awesome". From online scheduling, to the confirmation email which advised me what tech would be servicing my garage (tech photo included) to the actual tech (Roger Sweat) himself this was a great experience. Mr. Sweat not only called to let me know he could arrive early but was punctual, very informative and knowledgeable, very nice and professional. After this experience with Precision I would highly recommend they are used to anyone as well as they will be by garage door service provider from here on out. ( I had my doors maintenanced)

Justin helped me out several months ago (garage door springs) and I could not have been happier with the service, support, and the quick resolution (it was a weekend). Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Within a matter of seconds of me contacting the company online I had an appointment for same day service. I contacted them at 5pm and had an appointment window from 6-8pm... Roger called 20 minutes before arrival and arrived promptly. He was super friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently got to work. Great company, great employee, and great service- all within a reasonable budget!
