We inquired about some noise that was bothering us. Mason was our Technician and explained to us that the noise was from our chain drive opener and not the rest of the door system. After explaining our options, Mason installed a Belt Drive Opener with WiFi capabilities. We are very pleased with our new opener and very satisfied with our Technician/Installer.
