Awesome. Same day service! Opener was beeping, suspect back-up battery was failing. Robert Hines was here within hours and had a replacement battery with him. Before he left he activated the HomeLink Button in our new Acura that I hadn't been able to do. Awesome!

I've used Precision Door Service Pensacola 3 times. Once at home when my garage door got struck by lightning and twice at my place of employment for installation of 3 roll up doors. They are courteous, knowledgeable and fast. They come out quick for quotes and service is usually scheduled that day or the next. I have met Jason, Robert and Corey and they are all professional and courteous. I will continue to support Precision for any garage door service that is needed at my home or work. We were very pleased and satisfied with Wade McNeal as our Precision Door Service Certified Technician. We called in first thing today, 08-24-17, was told technician would be out today between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. Wade got here little after 10 a.m. We went over everything that needed to be fixed on the broken garage door. He completed in about an hour or so. Garage door works very well after his service of replacing springs and rollers. He was very nice and professional. I was able to get the invoice email directly after I paid. Thank you Wade and the company you represent.

I was kind of embarresed that my problem was just a loose plug. I was also relieved it was something simple. Wade was great. Couldn't have been any nicer, very polite. Precision is Awesome. We have used them twice, last year to replace our motor and this time to replace the spring and bearings. Just like last time we had the spring go out last night. Call them in the morning and they were at our house by 12:30. Springs and bearings replaced within the hour and a half expectation. The technician was very friendly, 2 for 2 on getting the job done, day 1. Not many companies can take the phone call, schedule the appointment, be on time for the appointment, assess the problem correctly and fix the issue all on the same day. Once again they are fast, friendly and get the job done. Thanks Precision. You took a big problem for our family and made it a non issue within half a day.

Excellent call center service. Arranged the work for the next day on a Saturday without a surcharge for the weekend work. Very nice service provider. Would have been able to do it all by phone if needed, but instead I got good advice and help-ful insight as I saw him when the work was completed.

Found you online. Chatted with a very kind and patient person that evening, who set me up with an appoint for the next day. Wade came out, he called first, and was extremely courteous and professional. We bought the "best" option and feel it was worth the extra cost for peace of mind. The unit was installed in 1999. The spring had broken and the rollers were shot. We got new cables, too. This was a good choice for us as the work was beyond our capabilities.

Darrell arrived on time and replaced the gears in the garage door opener in a professional and timely manner , he also lubed the the track to make the door much less noisey and asked me to test the door and to see if I was satisfied with his work which I was. Darryl and his partner did a fine job installing the new system. We initially tried to troubleshoot the old system with no real success. At that point it made sense to replace the old with a new operator. Very quick and professional on the installation.
