Let me start off by saying you get what you pay for; pricey, but I don't think I could have asked for better or faster service. Our repair technician was Corey and man was he fast to answer the call. The wife and I came home from work at about 5pm. Garage door shut and BANG! our spring popped in half. It's an oversized two car garage door so needles to say opening it manually was going to be near impossible. Anyway, I called into Percision Door around 5:15pm. Phone operator said we could expect someone to be out between 6 and 8 the same evening. Well she lied, Corey was pulling into our driveway by 5:45. Corey quickly checked the door over, noted not only the spring needing repair obviously, but took the time to point out some bent wheels. Corey went through an upfront quote, plainly listed 3 different repair option. We chose the middle road, and Corey went to work. The repairs took about and hour. Not only were new springs installed, but wheels were replaced and every part of the door assembly was treated with lubricant. Needless to say we have next to a new door now, nigh unto silent and with a warranty. Again a bit pricey, but well worth it, especially considering the time of night.

Excellent service!!! Our opener belt had broken and needed to be replaced. On arrival and inspection, the crew identified problems with the hinges improperly installed on both garage doors. They removed and reinstalled the hinges in the correct positions and did an excellent job of replacing the broken opener belt. I highly recommend PDS and look forward to working with them in the future.

Put it this way: they answered the phone with an actual human. Their technician appeared at the appointed time. He was neatly attired in a company uniform. He appeard to be a professional. In fact, they had sent me an appointment conformation with the pictures of their service techs - no problem with identifying their legitimacy. The tech had a copy of a previous service they provided several years ago. He quickly diagnosed our problem, noted that the previous work was covered by lifetime warranty (with no prompting from me). The repair was done in a matter of minutes. The service was free. What more can one ask?

Pros: Technician came same day. He was quick and efficient, very polite and provided great service. I would highly recommend this company. Precision is the Company to choose for a great service. Con: Precision company gives Military and Senior discount. I am old and a military retiree. I didn't realized I didn't get a senior discount when the tech presented me with the bill. One advise I can give customers is to make sure you have the discount offered when looking at your bill.

I received your advertisement in a group of flyers in the mail some time ago and thought I had better hold on to it just in case as it looked like good coverage. Today I called for service as my unit was malfunctioning and your rep, Corey, arrived at the time promised. I asked if a repair was possible rather than a new unit and he tried to accommodate me however was unable as my unit was too old to get parts for. He installed a new unit in short order and explained the operation of it. I was quite impressed in his job performance as he wasted no time and knew exactly what he was doing. The new unit works beautifully, very smooth and quiet.
