When I Googled "Garage Door Repairs," Precision was the first site that came up. The site said they could provide same day service. When I called, the agent said they would be able to take care of it that day. The Technician arrived during the time frame I was told. He was very knowledgeable and was able to replace the broken spring in good time. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. He noticed I was wearing a "Navy" t-shirt and asked if I was retired military. I said yes and received a 10% discount. That was great and very much appreciated.

I'm a busy small business owner...with a home garage door that - in addition to erratic operation - made louder noises than my last July 4th fireworks every time it opened. I called Stephanie Sharp for help...she sent a technician out who inspected my property, called me with his findings and recommendations (that included repair or replace options) and then, per my instructions, completed repairs - same day! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, courteous and affordable just about cover my description of this experience. After 47 years in the automotive service business, I know excellent service when I see it and Precision Door delivered exactly that.

I am so glad I saw your ad on TV because I'm so satisfied with the service I'm receiving! John was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient (with a little old lady--me), courteous, and explained the entire project (new door) in depth. He even volunteered to call my son to discuss the project with him. My son agreed that I need a new door and that your price is very reasonable. Please convey to John my appreciation for taking the time to help me.
