I had a torsion spring break on me , called for an estimate and set up a repair for the same day . Corey was the technician, he arrived promptly and was very friendly and courteous, he had us fixed up in a half hour which would have probably taken me a whole day

Found Precision Door on Home Advisor web-site. Called on Monday afternoon, got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for Garage Door repair. Technician Wade McNeal evaluated the problem with my garage door. Had all parts needed on his truck to fix the problem. Installed new rollers, 2 new hinges, new garage door opener and keypad with 2 garage door openers and programmed my SUV to open/close garage door all this in about a 2 hour period at a very fair price. Best of all, a nice quite garage door opener. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great job.

I called at about 8am and Wade and his partner were at my home by 9:30am on the same day! I was super impressed with their response time. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was, they replaced parts and I was using my garage door within a very short time. This company is pretty impressive with their backgrounds on their employees and making sure you know who's coming to your home. Pretty amazing!

Garage door broke 7:20AM on Wednesday, Jan 10th '18. Add said real person would answer phone 24/7. Call at 7:40 Tech's here at 8:25. Choice of repair or new door. 34 year old wooden door is gone. New door installed Wednesday afternoon. Car in garage by 4PM. Installer professional and friendly. Great job!!
