The technician new his stuff. Even though the door is very old he worked out a solution to our problem. I had originally called another company and they weren't interested in fixing our problem. Five stars for sure!

Service call very successful, Wade explained the problem and explained what had to be replaced. I had spent 50 yrs doing computer repair and I know what has to be done to be successful in dealing with the public. Wade easily has knowledge of what it takes.

Roger and Triston did an excellent job replacing our garage door. I am very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge of the products they installed. I've never felt the urge to run back inside and write a review right away for such outstanding customer service...until now. First, I have to compliment Amanda for doing a great job understanding my problem on the phone, then putting me on hold to talk to her manager about what Precision could do for me. I just wanted a part that they usually carry on their repair trucks, but they don't sell them separately, which I can understand. She talked to her manager and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They would waive the service call fee and try to install the part, and if that did fix the problem, they would only charge me for the part and the minimal time it took to put it in. And....Darrell arrived in less than 3 hours and had the new part installed in 15 mins. You can't beat that kind of customer service. I will be sure to call them for all my future garage door needs and tell my friends about them. Thanks Darrell and Amanda! --Glenn

The spring on our door came loose at 3PM on a Friday and the company that installed the door 3 years ago told us they could not respond until Monday morning. Unacceptable as our car was in the garage and we had no way to open the door even manually. So we called Precision and they told us they could respond within 4 hours! Service was performed as requested with the technicians arriving early and immediately assessing and repairing the spring on my door that had come loose. The 2 technicians were very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs. Thank you for your immediate response to my request for service! Awesome. Same day service! Opener was beeping, suspect back-up battery was failing. Robert Hines was here within hours and had a replacement battery with him. Before he left he activated the HomeLink Button in our new Acura that I hadn't been able to do. Awesome!

I've used Precision Door Service Pensacola 3 times. Once at home when my garage door got struck by lightning and twice at my place of employment for installation of 3 roll up doors. They are courteous, knowledgeable and fast. They come out quick for quotes and service is usually scheduled that day or the next. I have met Jason, Robert and Corey and they are all professional and courteous. I will continue to support Precision for any garage door service that is needed at my home or work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased and satisfied with Wade McNeal as our Precision Door Service Certified Technician. We called in first thing today, 08-24-17, was told technician would be out today between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. Wade got here little after 10 a.m. We went over everything that needed to be fixed on the broken garage door. He completed in about an hour or so. Garage door works very well after his service of replacing springs and rollers. He was very nice and professional. I was able to get the invoice email directly after I paid. Thank you Wade and the company you represent.
