Precision Garage Door Service are the Premiere Garage Door "Guru's" here on the Emerald Coast of NW Florida!! My garage door Openers were Not working properly and these folks figured it out in a short time , changed out a faulty Circuit Board & Good to Go! Simply put I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs you might have. They installed two doors for me a few months ago and did a wonderful job. I did have some concerns with one of the doors after a few months and called them. I called at 10:50 AM and two (well qualified) technicians were at my door at 12:50. They quickly recognized the problem, made the needed adjustments, and even did a complete inspection of both doors making some minor adjustments that I wasn't even aware of being needed. They even lubricated both doors before they left. Overall, they left me feeling really good about the service they provided. Oh yes, they were very kind and friendly asking me more than once if there was anything else that they should be aware of or needed. And my costs for this service....0...that's a zero!

Jason arrived early and was prepared to examine our garage door problem. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the noise and failure to always close. Then he explained in layman's terms I could understand. Now the door works easily and quietly! Very satisfied!

Alex is a polite professional who expertly installed the companies “Better” package. Had a spring break yesterday and within a little over an hour he replaced all movable parts to include balancing the garage door. Would definitely recommend “Precision Door Service” to anyone needing repair/upgrading on their garage door.

NO COMPLAINTS...WERE ON TIME AT 8AM WHICH SURPRISED ME. THEY CALLED ME ON THE TELEPHONE...I ONLY WISH THEY HAD RUNG THE DOOR BELL INSTEAD OF WAITING IN THE TRUCK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SPRAYED THE DOOR LININGS AND ADVISED ME NOT TO USE WD-4O. TOLD ME THE PROPER SPRAY TO USE AND WHY. YOUR COMPANY IS A-OK WITH ME. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE.

Both Alex and the person training were very prompt, professional and new exactly what needed to be done for the repair to the door. He replaced the 2 sensors, reworded both sides and tightened and replaced the screws holding the frame together. Great work and service. Would recommend both the company and the technicians. From the start, everything went smoothly, while looking online for a garage door opener repair company, I saw the Precision site, went to it and saw they prefer to repair if possible as to just try and sell you a new one.. That was what caught my attention. I was able to make an appointment online to have someone come check my garage door opener.. Hunter called when he was on his way, he checked out the opener, determined what was wrong, called and found the part I needed, and as it was almost time for the parts store to close he said he could set up another day to come back and fix it.. I was able to have my garage door opener working a day later.. Hunter did a great job, and I am pleased with Precision Door service and their employees..

In September, 2019, you replaced our non hurricane garage doors. We love them. They are insulated and awesome. We had new garage door openers but we decided the builder grade openers were not adequate. Austin and crew did a great job replacing the two garage door openers!

Precision Door recently replaced my two 34 year old chain driven garage door openers with new belt driven units. We couldn't be happier with the service provided or the quiet new openers! First, let me say that Precision Door excels at communications. I selected Precision after doing an internet search and reading their testimonials. It was 7pm, but their website indicated they were still open so I gave them a call. An "actual person" answered the phone and was quite professional and helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next morning. The next morning I received a phone message from the technician, Chris Taylor, indicating he could arrive early if I was available. I called back and verified the earlier time worked for me. Moments later I received a text including a photo of Chris and a brief bio about him. Chris arrived shortly thereafter and was extremely professional, polite, personable, and efficient. He looked over my existing openers, discussed my needs with me, and provided a quote to replace my openers with new ones to meet my requirements. The price was fair and the work was completed in less than 4 hours from the time Chris arrived. He did an outstanding job installing my new units, cleaning up, and in demonstrating the features of the new systems. I received a copy of my invoice and warranty information by email and a follow-up email from Precision Door asking for feedback within minutes of Chris leaving. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and especially with my technician, Chris Taylor. Excellent job!

Austin and Derrick arrived on time and quickly evaluated my poor-performing garage door. They recommended three options and I was able to select the one I wanted. This new motor has higher horsepower, works great, and so quietly. New springs and rollers installed. And I have an outdoor keypad access. Problem solved! The guys were polite and answered my thousand questions very respectfully. Super warranty, too. Great experience overall! Totally satisfied.

My garage door suddenly started to malfunction, would not open/close properly. The Day before I had different company that I used a year ago. This 'other' company gave me a time frame for technician to come, 12-3 pm. After waiting so long, the technician was late. Not Happy. After giving estimate I was not happy and said NO. I found Precision doors in Phone book. I called and set up appointment time. Technician, Christopher Taylor sent picture of him, what time be arriving, He was even early. looked at door, gave estimate(s) and work I chose was done quickly and professionally. They spent months correcting the issues cause by Home Depot with my Clopay doors and waited calming until my Builder finally got to where they should have been when they had me order the doors.
