What turned to out to be a simple bracket replacement and adjustment turned in to much more. Appears that the broken bracket was the result of past poor installs and required spring replacement due the weight of the door, that was not diagnosed when installed in 2015. Our tech Austin Fields quickly identified the problem and offered repair options. Once our decision was made all was well within the hour. Austin did a great job! Would recommend Precision Door without hesitation. Thanks!

I've used Precision a number of times now, both for my personal residence and for rental property, and have found them to be exceptional in terms of service, timeliness and professionalism. I probably could have spent a few less dollars going another route, but the consistency with respect to knowing what I'm getting, with no surprises is worth the difference. I can wholeheartedly refer them to future customers, and have already.

Had issue getting a tall golf cart in garage. Alex gave a couple of options and decided to change the arm bracket so the door could go up higher. The golf cart was in transit when he started the job and waited for the golf cart to come so he could make sure it fit in after changing the bracket. He was professional, courteous and explained what needed to be done with different options. I would highly recommend Alex and Precision Door Service for any of your garage door repairs.

After dealing with one of your competitors and having absolutely horrible results, it was a breath of fresh air to have you come to our property, actually early for the appointment, not late and to have a very competent service tech provide us with what we have been looking for. So far so good. Looking forward to the end results. Grand Dunes Condominium Owners Association Miramar Beach, Florida
