Austin came to do take care of a terrible squeak on a our hurricane proof, insulated door that was installed last May. His attention to detail was outstanding and he went above and beyond in making sure everything about he entire door and motor, including the sensors and wiring were top notch. Exceptional service.

Just recently installed roll-down and accordian type hurricane shutters on our house in Mexico Beach. The guys were fantastic! Very respectful, prompt, and eager to help. The installation went seamlessly and finished in 1 day. They look fantastic!!! Would definitely recommend precision door to anyone looking for shutters of any kind!!

They came out the same day and replaced my garage door opener quickly. Very clean, knowledgeable, and professional. I had just purchased my home in "as is" condition 2 months ago without an inspection. One of the guys noticed a very low noise coming from my electrical box and probably saved me from my house burning down or someone getting hurt. Thanks so much!!!

At the recommendation of our neighbor (his garage door broke the week prior to ours), we called Precision. Man, are we ever happy we did! This is my second experience with Precision Door and I'm again very pleased with the service provided! I had new garage door openers installed in January and had new garage doors installed today. JD came and did my initial door measurements and discussed door options with me lzst Saturday. He was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. Trung and Colt did my installation today, contacted me by phone prior to arriving, and arrived on time. They briefly went over what they planned to do and asked if I had any questions. They worked for a solid 5 to 6 hours removing my 34 year old wooden doors and installing the new steel doors. They were both very professional, polite, and focused on getting the job completed correctly. Trung provided a thorough discussion of the work that was completed and demonstrated the new doors to me. I was extremely pleased with today's experience. Also, I again want to commend Precision for its excellent communications with me throughout the entire process. Someone answered when I called. I was sent texts with photos of the technicians before they arrived. I received a call from the office to schedule my installation. And after the work was completed, I received a follow up text and email requesting feedback. Well done!

Advertising, marketing, customer service staff, an on-site cost evaluation and installation performed by experienced technicians that appear to really enjoy there job, no kidding! Kudos to the owner. Last night I opened my garage door and when I tried to close it I got an error message saying my opener had a bad board. The opener was about 5 years old so decide to replace the opened instead of trying to repair it. I noticed that my door seemed awful heavy like there was a problem with the springs. I had just upgraded my door hardware and springs through Precision Doors a few months ago so I decided to ask for a tech to come out and make sure there were no issues with the door before I installed a new opener. They sent Hunter out and he was on it and had it figured out. In no time. Later on, when I was setting up my new opener something happened and the drum on the right side slipped on the shaft causing my door to be partially open on the left while all the way to the floor on the right. It was late in the day but I called saying I would really like him to come back and straighten it out. He came back within about an hour and found and fixed the problem much quicker than I thought possible. Thanks to Hunter and Precision Door, everything is back to normal now with my door and the opener. I really appreciate how they kept me informed and thst a Hunter went the extra distance to fix my issue so late in the day. I will not have any other company work on my door. Thanks for a great job!

They replaced the aging electrical Chain driven garage door opener with a quiet belt driven one. Did it quickly ~ 2 hours, and also replaced metal wheels with a newer style wheel.. Renter commented on how quiet the door is now. Great job, Thanks!

Techs arrived on time, were very professional my only issue with this install is that there is approximately 6 or so areas that they spray painted on door which doesn't match original color (was told to let sun fade) since this was new paint. Little concerned that brand new door now appears to have "spots" on it?

After getting a quote from American Door for over $650 to replace a torsion spring, I decided to give these guys a shot. Same day appointment for a quote AND repair (within an hour, actually) and did it for less than half of American's quote. The tech Austin was super cool, punctual, and knocked the repair out in no time. I can't recommend these guys enough and they're 100% my go to in the future.

Hunter Rogers came to our home on time and communicated w/us as he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, polite, pleasant and he explained everything to us. We have a special garage door and Hunter appropriately called the manufacturer when necessary to make certain that our various requests could be accommodated. He also confirmed everything through Precision. He was an excellent representative for Precision.

My wife and I had a garage door issue shortly after moving into our new home. I wanted a comprehensive repair/service(not a DIY fix from me and youtube) and Precision came out to do the job. Chris Taylor was absolutely awesome! Nice guy, great information about the problem, talked us through ways to understand when our equipment may be failing or having issues, etc. He performed a quick fix of our problem and then checked everything for function/safety thoroughly and professionally. Seriously....so many times you see just "fix and run" and this was NOT our experience. A++, 5 stars. Chris is my go to for any issues going forward with our garage doors and I will rep Precision to my friends/neighbors/coworkers. Price was fair and I got every cent worth. Thanks so much!
