Had a new garage door opener, rollers, and spring installed. The new motor has a backup battery in case power goes out. Installer was very professional and answered all my questions.

I had Rolling vertical shutters installed an three patio doors and large front window. Installation went smooth and the technicians attention to detail was note worthy. You could tell they took pride in their work. Just another level of security and protection if we ever get another "Michael"!! It's not often these days that you get this kind of response and quality work! You will not be disappointed with this company!! Although I selected installed garage door as this service, it would not allow me to post without making a selection.

I was totally amazed at the quick response and professionalism offered by Precision Door. Austin and Colt were so nice and they did an amazing job. My garage door was totally jacked up and when they were finished it was opening and closing so smoothly that neither my dogs or myself heard it going up and down. I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door needs you may have.

Outstanding service, called spoke to company representative told her that I had a tension spring back. She took my information gave a estimated price. stated that a technician would be out between 10 am and 12 pm . The technician name William came out saw the issue gave me three different options. We took the last with the lifetime warranty. William was very professional and respectful the entire time he was at my home. He completed the job in less than a hour It was 30 to 45 mins. And he was done. Would recommend.this company to anyone needing a new garage door or.just repairing yours.

Talk about service! I called to have my garage door checked on the 23rd of December and had a tech out to fix the issue at my house 30 minutes later. Austin had a new garage door opener installed in less than an hour and I won’t have to worry about my car outside on Christmas. Thank you so much!

William Squires, our Technician, was awesome. I could have just had him to a quick repair job but he was so professional and competent in explaining everything else he could do at a very good price, how could I refuse. We now have a top of the line garage door opener system, so quiet and smooth. AND, it was all done with 60 minutes notice from when I called them to William showing up, with all the needed equipment. This window doesn't allow be to show all the new items we have

I like your style and would love to pick your brain about the business. I am a new business owner in the Vacation Rental industry, but looked at several. I didn't realize garage doors was such an active niche until I started looking around. Also, RJ was great. I called around 2:30, got an appointment for same day. The technician was punctually and very professional. He explained what had gone wrong with our garage door and fixed it so it is secure. We will need a new garage door, which we were expecting. Looking forward to having it installed soon. Great service and I will very much recommend.

JD evaluated our situation and made recommendations for various solutions from simple repair to replacing one door to both. Due to the age (30 years) of our garage doors we decided to totally replace both doors which also brings them up to current hurricane codes. JD made the door with the broken spring usable until they can be replaced with no added cost. JD was friendly and personable while still being professional. I felt he was not just a "salesman", but had our best interest at heart. If the installers are of the same caliber as JD I will be super satisfied with Precision!
