I called Precision Door on Monday and was able to have a tech come out the very next day at a time that was convenient for me. The customer service was excellent from the get go. Bailey came out for the service call and was extremely professional. He provided me with several options and explained them all to me. The entire experience was awesome! From the call in to schedule the service to notification with a picture of the technician. Now that’s open and honest service. My technician Jake was awesome, he was polite and courteous. Jake explained how the springs and other parts function on the garage door and how long the normal usage was. Then he showed me a breakdown with cost for what I need repaired.

My garage door was in need of attention. Sometimes it would not open remotely from my vehicle. Also, the remote on the outside of my garage was no longer working. Alex Tran (technician) fixed both problems in a short time period. He was very professional and friendly.
