Precision Garage Door Service of Pensacola provided excellent customer service when our garage door spring broke. I enjoyed the ability to book an appointment online. As a customer I appreciated the fact that prior to arrival I got both a phone call from the technician and a text along with a picture of who would be working on the repair. In addition, the company offers both senior and military discount which is always appreciated. Cody was my technician and he arrived on time, completed the safety inspection and reviewed my concerns before creating an estimate with my options for repair. He went over in great detail the various options and warranty. We ended up upgrading and replacing all moving parts on the door and added the 10 year warranty.Cody's work was exceptional and the additional spring allowed for much easier use. I would highly recommend this company.

Precision Doors carry top quality, impact-resistant garage doors in a variety of styles and colors. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and quickly got me the right choice. The installation occurred about when it should have. The door has to be ordered, so there is a time delay between sale and installation. But the technician installed the door. The color matched the house. The door worked perfectly. You cannot ask for much more from a locally owned firm.

Very professional from first contact to completion. The technician, Alex, was prompt, very polite and cordial. Performed a thorough analysis and presented two estimates and explanation for each. We chose our option and Alex went straight to work. His work was meticulous, thorough and expertly done in a very timely manner as all required parts and materials were on hand in service truck. The work area was cleaned and operational instructions relayed in a clear, concise and understandable manner. Very pleased with the technician. He was pleasant, prompt and professional. Did a thorough check to determine issue. Not happy that even though opener is on a residential door, I get charged commercial just because the opener is on a roll-up door. Also not happy with poor quality of the Dominator opener. 1 year warranty ended in May. Opener failed in June.

We were not familiar with the company’s name but saw a sticker with their contact information. I was highly impressed with the technician that responded to our location. If he were younger we would’ve adopt him. He was well spoken, knowledgeable, hard working and explained everything he was going to do and what he did. The company could’ve not ask for a better representatives. If I have any issue with the company it would be that they never returned my call when I tried to contact them. All of a sudden, several days later, I received an email stating a technician would be at our house the next day between 12:00 and 2:00. The next day the technician called to notifying us what time he would arrive. From then on it was all good! He replaced Springs, rollers, cables and tightened up everything for 3 10’x7’ doors.

I called at 7:15 am on a holiday weekend expecting to get voice mail. They had a technician to my home by 8:30am. WOW he called to let me know he was on the way. He also sent a text with a picture so I would know who was coming. explained all the options and said we could do a cash discount. They will be back Tuesday to complete the work.
