I’ve had issues for several weeks & was going to call Precision one day last week. As I was out walking my neighborhood, I saw a Precision truck & took it as a sign. I spoke with Cody who stopped by when he was completed & looked at my garage door. He called his scheduling manager who scheduled Jacob to come the next day to fix my issues. Jacob did a fantastic job & was very personable & informative. He showed me what he would do, did it & then explained what else could be done then. He gave me 3 options for what work could be done. One was way out there, but the other 2 were within reason, so he fixed the trim, tightened the spring & inspected both doors. I couldn’t have been happier with the job he did or his customer-centric attitude. He’s definitely an asset to Precision.

They recommended options for fixing the problems, and after I selected an option, they quickly and efficiently repaired, adjusted or installed all needed parts and balanced the door. Nathan has been out to our home at least a couple of times. He is knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options (door is 18 yrs. old). At this time, we just had to opt for the most affordable to get us by. Our insurance company is requiring us to put a new roof on and is to be completed this week. We are retired and money is tight with constant maintenance at our home. We will reach out to you in the future if anything else is needed. You all had to come out a couple of years ago. The main coils snaped and we could not get our door to open. You all were at our home the next day. I could not get my car out of the garage but not an emergency.

Precision Garage Door was very responsive, showing up just 2 hours after I called them. The repairman came out, assessed the problem, and then provided me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He not only repaired the door, but he also made adjustments to where my garage door didn't make a lot of a "clanking noise" when opening or closing. It is a very smooth operation now. Thank you!

Precision Doors responded quickly when I could not get my garage door open on a Monday morning. They sent a technician named Nathan, who did a good job of trouble shooting and repairing the broken door. He performed maintenance on the other door, provided and programmed a new remote and programmed my car so that I could open the doors with the buttons on my mirror. He was personable and professional, and carefully explained options available to me so that I could make the best decision about how to proceed.

Very easy to schedule. Went on their website and they had same day appointments. Cody came out to service my garage door, called me that morning to give me an estimated time of arrival.
