WOW!! Less than 2 hours after my initial call to Precision Door Service, Roger and Triston arrived and had completed repairs to my garage door that wouldn't close properly. I am totally satisfied with the services and the products that I received from this company. They first came out to my house because my garage door would not close - same day service! I was shown the problem with my door and was told I needed to replace it. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in; but once it did, they came right out to install it. After about two weeks I seemed to notice that the door was noisy as it went up and down. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem - at no charge!!! I am so impressed with this company. They come when they say they're coming and the installers are super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives!!!

Had the garage door opener replaced on November 23, 2016. Had a problem and called for Service. A Tech was sent out immediately to diagnose the problem. Discovered I had something blocking the range and the remotes nor the keypad works properly. It is a hit or miss of it opening. They will be back today to put a receiver on the box and replace remotes and keypad. Mr. Roger Sweat was very professional and explained everything to me. My garage door was installed in May of 2016. Do not remember the tech but was extremely impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. I was very pleased with the new installation. I called yesterday for service since the outside keypad was not working. Your cew was here within two hours and reset the keypad within a few minutes. I was, again very pleased with the service.
