They were on time gave us the unfortunate news that the card in our old garage door opener was fried and it would cost about $300 or so for a new one - and we would be without the opener until it was received and installed. Therefore we decided to buy their opener, and am I glad I did. It is so quiet you can't hear it while standing inside the garage.
