I was impressed with how quick I got an appointment. I had a broken spring and this was something I wouldn’t try to do myself. My neighbor had told me he used Precision and was very happy with the work, price, warranty and the individual that done the work for him. My guy was Hunter. Very nice, respectful and very knowledgeable. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs their garage door repaired.

The Military discount was a big plus although I’d qualify for the senior discount they also offer. The opener is working great and so quiet compared to the last one. They were on time gave us the unfortunate news that the card in our old garage door opener was fried and it would cost about $300 or so for a new one - and we would be without the opener until it was received and installed. Therefore we decided to buy their opener, and am I glad I did. It is so quiet you can't hear it while standing inside the garage.
