NO COMPLAINTS...WERE ON TIME AT 8AM WHICH SURPRISED ME. THEY CALLED ME ON THE TELEPHONE...I ONLY WISH THEY HAD RUNG THE DOOR BELL INSTEAD OF WAITING IN THE TRUCK. While it is beneficial to knock or ring the doorbell when we first arrive sometimes they choose to knock out tablet work before hand. Both Alex and the person training were very prompt, professional and new exactly what needed to be done for the repair to the door. He replaced the 2 sensors, reworded both sides and tightened and replaced the screws holding the frame together. Great work and service. Would recommend both the company and the technicians. From the start, everything went smoothly, while looking online for a garage door opener repair company, I saw the Precision site, went to it and saw they prefer to repair if possible as to just try and sell you a new one.. That was what caught my attention. I was able to make an appointment online to have someone come check my garage door opener.. Hunter called when he was on his way, he checked out the opener, determined what was wrong, called and found the part I needed, and as it was almost time for the parts store to close he said he could set up another day to come back and fix it.. I was able to have my garage door opener working a day later.. Hunter did a great job, and I am pleased with Precision Door service and their employees..

In September, 2019, you replaced our non hurricane garage doors. We love them. They are insulated and awesome. We had new garage door openers but we decided the builder grade openers were not adequate. Austin and crew did a great job replacing the two garage door openers!

Precision Door recently replaced my two 34 year old chain driven garage door openers with new belt driven units. We couldn't be happier with the service provided or the quiet new openers! First, let me say that Precision Door excels at communications. I selected Precision after doing an internet search and reading their testimonials. It was 7pm, but their website indicated they were still open so I gave them a call. An "actual person" answered the phone and was quite professional and helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next morning. The next morning I received a phone message from the technician, Chris Taylor, indicating he could arrive early if I was available. I called back and verified the earlier time worked for me. Moments later I received a text including a photo of Chris and a brief bio about him. Chris arrived shortly thereafter and was extremely professional, polite, personable, and efficient. He looked over my existing openers, discussed my needs with me, and provided a quote to replace my openers with new ones to meet my requirements. The price was fair and the work was completed in less than 4 hours from the time Chris arrived. He did an outstanding job installing my new units, cleaning up, and in demonstrating the features of the new systems. I received a copy of my invoice and warranty information by email and a follow-up email from Precision Door asking for feedback within minutes of Chris leaving. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and especially with my technician, Chris Taylor. Excellent job!

Austin and Derrick arrived on time and quickly evaluated my poor-performing garage door. They recommended three options and I was able to select the one I wanted. This new motor has higher horsepower, works great, and so quietly. New springs and rollers installed. And I have an outdoor keypad access. Problem solved! The guys were polite and answered my thousand questions very respectfully. Super warranty, too. Great experience overall! Totally satisfied.

My garage door suddenly started to malfunction, would not open/close properly. The Day before I had different company that I used a year ago. This 'other' company gave me a time frame for technician to come, 12-3 pm. After waiting so long, the technician was late. Not Happy. After giving estimate I was not happy and said NO. I found Precision doors in Phone book. I called and set up appointment time. Technician, Christopher Taylor sent picture of him, what time be arriving, He was even early. looked at door, gave estimate(s) and work I chose was done quickly and professionally. Precision were amazing! They spent months correcting the issues cause by Home Depot with my Clopay doors and waited calming until my Builder finally got to where they should have been when they had me order the doors. Had a new garage door opener, rollers, and spring installed. The new motor has a backup battery in case power goes out. Installer was very professional and answered all my questions.

I had Rolling vertical shutters installed an three patio doors and large front window. Installation went smooth and the technicians attention to detail was note worthy. I was totally amazed at the quick response and professionalism offered by Precision Door. Austin and Colt were so nice and they did an amazing job. My garage door was totally jacked up and when they were finished it was opening and closing so smoothly that neither my dogs or myself heard it going up and down.
