My garage door would not close all the way. I watched some U-Tube videos to make the adjustments (to no avail). So I needed a PRO for the job and searched the internet. I found PERCISION and called them up. Same day service, affordable, and 100% satisfaction !!! PERCISION is now my "go-to" place for all my garage door needs.

Name & number on one of your trucks caught my eye. I did a little internet research and called. Kayle was polite, professional and scheduled Alex Tran To come and check my problem. He called ahead & sent a text prior to coming. As expected he suggested a bad circuit board. He gave me 3 estimates depending on what I wanted to do. Decision made, replaced motor & track in little more than an hour. Very professional - definately recommend!

I previously used Precision to replace my garage door spring, and I was so pleased with the customer service and pleasant personality of the staff. I needed an emergency repair on my garage, and I immediately contacted Precision. Austin Young (technician) and his co-worker arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about the service that was to be completed. Austin patient answered all of my questions, and explained the full needed repair in detail. I am very pleased with the repairs and the professionalism. Vida McCants

Couldn't be happier with the service or the technician! Derrick was knowledgeable, friendly, one of the nicest young men I've had work at my home. He is someone that ANY company would want to have represent them. He showed me the problem with my door, repaired it and showed me how to maintain the work he'd done. He even sold me a can of lubricant at my request. I simply couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will only use your service and certainly recommend you to others! Thanks again.....Woody

I came back to Precison because I was very happy with their service and product before. Once more Precision is top notch. In addition to safety measures, for Covid, I received a tracking message on when to expect the technician. He, JD, also called. This was a quick repair to the wall mount connection. Could not have gone smoother.

Kyle and his team were great! They came in and let us know what they were going to do went right to work and finished Very quickly. Then they went through how to put the hurricane shutters on. We had shutters that had to be adjusted for our new deck and the new accommodations worked perfectly. The young men were courteous and very polite. They are a compliment to your business. I will definitely use your company again if I need your services in the future. Your dispatcher was also very professional too. Thanks for having a business that I can recommend.

Best choice for all garage door needs! I called that morning. The person who answered was professional, responsive, and listened! She sent a Excellent tech out. He explained everything. Gave me options. Best & better. Both affordable. GAVE US MILITARY DISCOUNT!! Very important. To my husband a Veteran. Thank you The tech quickly went to work. In less than an hour. He had our garage door fixed. A New build house less than two years old. He explained why. This happened. Gave me tips how to oil the casters. Where exactly to point. What is best products to use. He had already taken care of that for me. For now. Then he explained the billing. He went over everything. He showed me what was changed out. He went above my expectations! He again was very professional. Most important. This option had a ten yrs Warranty. Absolutely no one these days gives that kind of warranty. They stand behind parts and quality of labor! I felt he wasn't rushing me. Even thou his Saturday was quickly being filled with more work orders. I picked the Very best company. I will ask for this tech again. I'm extremely happy with precision garage doors. Thank you

They went out of their way to get a technician to me on the day I called. I received a call back with an arrival btwn 12:00 and 2:00. He arrived at 1:00. He was courteous and worked quickly. My problem was a simple one, but it was huge to me, because it prevented me from using my garage door opener. I will definitely use Precision Door Opener again and/or refer them to friends, fsmily, and acquaintances.

Your Tech, Austin, is a courteous & apparently knowledegable young man. It was a pleasure (under difficult circumstances) to have him in my home. If your other Techs are of a similar quality, you have a first class business! Dr. Charles H. Bercier Jr.

I needed an estimate for a roll- up garage door. Daniel came out on time and was very friendly. He was knowledgeable about the product and gave me a quote without the pushy, hard sell talk. He was kind and calm, which is hard to find these days!

I was stranded and couldn’t get my garage door to go up...for a Senior Citizen this is an issue as the garage door is very heavy! Precision Door Service was awesome! Great service! The technician was very efficient and very respectful. Explained what needed to be done in detail and had my garage door fixed in a very timely manner. I have referred them to my neighbor across the street. I plan in getting a new Linear Operator soon. This Company was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

We will definitely use Precision Garage Doors for all future garage door service needs. We will also highly recommend them to friends and family. Alex was the technician assigned to our service call. He notified us that he was running ahead of schedule asked if we would like for him to come prior to our scheduled appointment. Once he arrived he performed a 25 point inspection on our garage doors. Once he completed the inspection he presented us with several options on what service he could provide and the associated cost. He answered all of questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. After he completed the work he thoroughly explained everything he had done and again answered all of our questions. Cost of service was competitive, and quite the value considering the quality of the service provided. First rate operation.
