Chris was very professional in all that he said and did. He explained each thing that needed to be done and what absolutely had to be done before he started working. My husband and I felt comfortable with him working in our garage and coming into our home. He told us about each thing that he did to make our garage door work properly. He also cautioned us about standing under the garage door when it is moving. He explained how all of the new controls work—two remote openers, inside opener, and outside keypad. He also paired our car’s opener so that we can continue to use it. As I said before, he was very competent, very courteous, and very good at explaining how things work. For two senior adults in our 80s, he was a breath of fresh air who came in and took care of our biggest need—a new garage door opener.

Precision replaced a lot of bad hardware to an existing door. What a change. That was some time ago and the springs finally gave out. Jason came in and reworked the whole system sh9owing things that were about the break any (with or without the s[ring breaking). Good job. Well done!

My appointment window was 8-10AM @8:10 my technician called to say he was on his way, perfect. I explained what I thought happened he did his trouble shooting discovered a broken coupler. He presented 3 options I selected the best one for me and within an hour my garage opener was operational. He kept me informed, he had the parts needed on his truck I found him very professional. Precision installed new doors for me 4 years ago at my old house, and did a great job. Two years ago we built a new house, and I asked the Contractor to use Precision; but he insisted on going with “his guys”. I’ve never been happy with the noise and rattles from the doors, and when a cable frayed I didn’t call the original installers - I called Precision. They arrived the same day, and basically reinstalled the doors using parts suited to our beach environment. I finally have the quietly operating doors I wanted. Great job Precision!! Precision are one of those rare companies that do a great job at a fair price and with great customer service... consistently. Highly recommended.

Jason and his colleague were extremely customer service oriented. Extra effort was spent making sure the door operated smoothly and quietly per the garage door opening originally constructed to not being totally plumb(in square). When I mentioned I had issues with the outside remote panel Jason was eager to provide an immediate solution by swapping the old panel out with an updated version and assisting with the recoding of the same. Finally, Jason’s colleague/trainee took the extra time with me to understand and perform the installation of the emergency hurricane interior door backing pole should that function be necessitated. The two techs here today I believe represent Precision Door to the highest standard. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

We were having issues with our old garage doors. Jason and Chris came out the same day I called, and a couple of hours later I had entirely new motors, remotes, and wheels! Received a text on day of service appointment with name and photo of service technician coming. Nice to know who is coming. Technician called 45 minutes before arrival time which was appreciated as appointment had a 2 hour arrival window. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly technicians with company logo shirts and company truck. Cleaned up when done and gave good instructions on new garage door operator system.

Expectations were met and beyond! Excellent and fast customer service. I called on Friday and a technician was at my door at 0800 the next morning. The beauty of their notification system is awesome. The technician calls you prior to arriving and a text message is sent with a photo of the technician and a short bio. Thanks to Chris for an awesome installation.
