I found out about Precision from searching the internet searching for garage door repair. I called your company due to one spring being broken on a garage door which was only 2 years old. Your employee Chris Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable about garage door opening equipment and gave us several quotes on just replacing one spring to replacing both springs and a whole new system that was affordable and much better quality than our very cheap garage door opening system. Our old system was very noisy and not installed properly so we were grateful for Chris explaining all the options and getting a lifetime guarantee on your excellent products and workmanship. GReat service with no frills ! great people\employees.I'm a project manager for a large const company and Iv'e used them for several projects, I don't even bother calling other door company's. I keep their number handy and save myself the headaches of dealing with "the other guys".

I have heard of Precision Door Company before. Have built several homes in the area and wanted to see what they offered. Sent in a email early one morning and they had a field person come by the same day. Very knowledgeable, new what we need and what the prices would be. Our doors are 8’ tall by 18’ long and a small one still 8’ tall, the field man talked to us on commercial wall opener and how the small door would have to be a special build. The field man’s name was Chris Taylor what a asset for this company.

The guys who came out were great. They were able to not only fix the beeping but also repaired cables and rollers and adjust tension that could have been a bigger problem later. They also rest all remotes that I had accidently cleared trying to stop the noise myself. GREAT WORK.

Wade and Bailey arrived very early to work on my Amarr garage door. They replaced both torsion springs with your new lifetime warranty springs, swapped in nylon rollers, new drums and cables in less than an hour! Wade even gave me a 10% military discount! My old steel rollers were loose and missing bearings. They replaced a broken hinge on the top panel which had 4 glass sections allowing only 3 hinges, one at the center which was broken and two at the roller ends. They checked door balance and lubed everything. Wade and Bailey were very helpful and explained everything as they worked--which I really appreciated! Thanks!

We called on Sunday and talked to a real person! We were given an appointment for Monday morning at 8:00 am and at 7:15 I was called by Austin Young who gave me a 45 minute ETA. Best service ever!!! Fast, happy and the work was just excellent. Five Star Service.

Very impressed with Precision Door Service. Called around 1300, & the service technician, Chris Taylor arrived just before 1500. Chris was professional, courteous, & very knowledgeable. Definitely a 5-star company! I was able to get opener installed the same day I called. Technician called to see if I was available a little early (most people keep you waiting for hours!!), & texted his bio along with a pic so I'd know it was him. Work was fast, quality work, and I had mine connected to Wi-Fi, so he gave me privacy to enter my Wi-Fi password as well as to install smart phone app. Courteous, kind, efficient and these guys know their work! No hesitation is buying from them again or recommending to a friend!

Alex came right out, about 90 minutes after my call (impressive in Destin traffic.) Very polite, and professional. He discovered the issue quickly (whoever originally installed my garage door used rollers that were way too short.) Alex replaced them with the correct rollers in about 20 minutes at a very fair price. Things are MUCH quieter in my neighborhood now! Thanks!!!

I backed my car into my garage door this morning. I called Precision and they were able to come to our house the same day. Not only that they came early. I have never been so happy in my life with the courteous service from William Squires. The estimate was amazing as well. William went out of his way to help me move a very heavy wood pile so they can get at the door. Most definitely would recommend this company and William! Oh and they are able to come out the very next day to replace the doors. Now that is service!
