Old opener shot. Hunter diagnosed problem. I decided to purchase new belt drive opener. He had parts on truck and in no time it was replaced & back in service. Very happy with Hunter and his expertise. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. Great job Hunter!!!

I chose Precision because of the website and all the information was there for me to read. I called and received next day service that took care of all my garage door needs. It was very simple to get estimates from William and decide that I would like to install a whole new system for my garage. He and his partner had all the parts needed and took away the old parts when they were finished. It was a very easy process and the work was as professional as you can get. I am very pleased to have called Precision when I had garage door problems - they were just great!

William is an expert on garage door opener installation. Courteous and very professional. He installed a PDS 900 ultra cleanly and efficiently. Took time to clean up and instruct me on its operation as well as warranty. 4 months ago he also replaced a broken cable. I am a super satisfied repeat customer.

When a spring on our overhead garage door suddenly failed during a Thursday night (with both cars inside) we called Precision to help us address the problem. A two-person team arrived the following day (on a Friday) to install a new spring. Austin and Kenny were courteous, efficient, very technically competent and explained the reasons for the failure and answered all my many questions. I decided then and there it was time to replace my aging overhead garage door and purchase a new garage door from Precision. A really great service experience! Hunter Rogers (service tech) arrived well within the scheduled window and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. The door operates so quietly that you almost have to look at the door to see it opening/closing. Great job, very good price.
