First off, appointment was scheduled for 31 Dec 2021 and we had called on 30 Dec...super quick! Then our tech showed up (who is an Alabama Fan) doing all he could to connect our Wi-Fi to fix our lift master wall stations (with the game starting). Did it detour him the game was on no but he couldn't fix it since it might be Mediacom issue. Nonetheless Turner was trying everything he could. Unfortunately it's a process and atleast we have started it. Thank you for the fast service

JD did a very fine job installing the garage door springs, but im really shocked.why you only have a 90 day warranty on new parts just bevause I didnt purchase everything that your technician recommended? New springs when bought have a 5 year warranty.

My spring was broken. I called Saturday at 9:47 am and talked to Erin and she was helpful and then told me she could have someone come out today! I couldn't believe it! Brian called less than an hour later to set up the time to meet. Brian got here at 11 am. He did his inspection and gave me several options and explained everything so I could understand...like I asked was the drum the big wheel ha ha. Brian then said he could do the job today and I was so excited! Less than 2 hours later, I have a perfectly working garage door and I have no worries with their guarantee! Call them now!! They are great!
