We had an issue with our garage door that Precision had installed last year, the hinge pulled right through the door. I called yesterday and the guys came out this afternoon to fix it. As always, they were super courteous and personable. I feel the cost was acceptable, although I thought it would have been covered since the door is only about 6 months old, they did waive the service call, so I'm okay with it. I've always had great experiences with Precision and would recommend them to anyone who needs their system serviced or a new system installed. Thanks for the great service, guys!

Garage door spring broke and couldn't open door. Called Precision in evening and Jordon (the technician) arrived the next day and fixed everything plus performed maintenance on other door items to prevent future problems. The door is 23 years old and now operates like new. Great response time and excellent workmanship by a skilled master technician. 5 Stars and I will inform others of Precision at my yacht club.

Technician was great, only gave 4 stars vice 5 due to the keypad on the outside of the garage would not program so the installer called someone and they said Home Depot will call me to obtain a new outdoor keypad and then someone will come and install it program it.

Service call was scheduled for between noon and 2, Jordan called me at 8:30am and asked if it would be convenient if he arrived shortly. Of course I said yes. He looked at the problem, gave me 2 alternates for repair, and had the job completed by 9:15am. Excellent service, plus he also noticed the tension on the springs needed to be adjusted and took the time to do that. This is the third time I've used Precision, and highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing work ethic and precision installation from start to finish. Jordan set up all the opener controls and keypad and set up my car to open the garage door as well. Whatever you are paying Jordan is not enough. He is a great salesman, installer, technician and person. I am not sure I have ever been happier spending $700 dollars because I know I got my money's worth! The opener is so quiet I could barely hear it. So excited that I may stay in my garage tonight. my door has needed some for some time called another company who did not seem interested in overhauling the door,, finally gave precision a call. They scheduled a tech for the next day. He showed up earlier than expected looked over my door and proceeded to install new springs, bearings and rollers .. i was somewhat stunned to get it done so quickly. door works great now and i am a very happy customer 5 *****

It was 9:30 am New Year's Eve and I was painting in my house. My wife was going to go out but couldn't get the garage door open. I saw that the spring was broken. I called Precision Door not knowing if they could even get to me that day. They said they had an opening between 10 and 12 and I said thank you. After I hung up the phone, I was getting ready to paint again and the phone rang, the tech said he was on his way. About 30 minutes later he arrived, explained my options and in 1 hour I had new springs, rollers and cables. He was finished around noon. What started out as a bad day with a lot of uncertainty ended up better that I could have imagined. I highly recommend Precision Door I thank you very much
