Highly Recommended - All I can say is "wow!" I am thoroughly impressed with how organized Precision Door Service is as well as how their technician handled our service. Their customer communication was spot on. They gave a 2-hour window for arrival and actually arrived 1-hour early. Turner Cobb was the technician dispatched to our home. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable of his job and how to perform it, very thorough and cleaned up when he was finished. He provided service options from which to choose and ensured we fully understood each option. He was committed to our complete satisfaction. Great job Precision and great job Turner Cobb!

I have made attempts for service at other Garage companies prior to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service due to the fact they were on my Home Warranty list for vendors. With horrible service or LACK there of, I was offered to seek services outside of my Home Warranty's vendor list and was recommended Precision door service. I was amazed by the immediate and professional communication by the staff at Precision Door Service. I was sent an email confirming my appt, as well as a text AND photo of the technician that would be attending my appt. William was very informative with the proper procedures of garage door installation and answered any questions I had. Professionalism and respect of others time was presented with my interaction with this company from my initial contact. What turned to out to be a simple bracket replacement and adjustment turned in to much more. Appears that the broken bracket was the result of past poor installs and required spring replacement due the weight of the door, that was not diagnosed when installed in 2015. Our tech Austin Fields quickly identified the problem and offered repair options. Once our decision was made all was well within the hour. Austin did a great job! Would recommend Precision Door without hesitation. Thanks!
