PDS is fantastic. Fast service by friendly professionals who are experts. One of my springs broke, but after learning more about the state and age of my parts and opener I decided to have everything replaced. My opener was a 12 year old chain drive. The new belt drive opener is quiet. I'm very happy I decided to do it all.

Professional and informative about the products and options and explained what our expectations should be regarding the process and delivery time. Service did not correct the problem. The twice I opened the door it opened only about 12 inches and stopped. I closed it and then reopened it. The technician was friendly and dressed in uniform.
