We were impressed with the workmanship and did not hesitate to call again when the house we are now in also had some problems. Your response was quick and our repair person did an "outstanding" job. I understand the service call fee, even though it's high. But if all he has to do is tighten a belt and reconnect a wire then it's called a tune up special for an additional $60. So it was $110 for a 10 min visit where most of that time he was just filling stuff out on the laptop. Appreciate him fixing it but something that simple shouldn't require an additional fee on top of the service fee.
