My garage door was in need of attention. Sometimes it would not open remotely from my vehicle. Also, the remote on the outside of my garage was no longer working. Alex Tran (technician) fixed both problems in a short time period. He was very professional and friendly. He also called before coming to my home to inform me of his estimated arrival time which was very near or slightly before the scheduled appointment time. I’m very satisfied with the service rendered! Everyone from the person who took my call to schedule to the person I talked to after the work was great. The 2 technicians introduced themselves when they arrived. I needed a spring and I got 3 quotes on different types of service. I went with a “rebuild” quote that had better springs, rollers, drums, cables and new brackets. It took them around 1.5 hours. They answered all my questions plus gave me advice on lubricating of the door. This option came with a 10 year warranty on the parts. It wasn’t just the work but the communications that I received from them. Got an email the morning before my scheduled date saying they had an opening, a text when the techs left plus several phones calls. Originally I was just expecting a couple of springs but offering the upgrades and answering my questions I decided to upgrade. Yes it was more than I expected however I believe you get what you pay for. Very satisfied doing business with them.
