We did not get a garage door. Received 2 confirmation emails of arriving between 0900-1100 and when no one showed up, I called to ask where they might be and office personnel said appt is scheduled between 1200-2:00 and that they do not have anything to do with email appt confirmations. Tech took a while along with a new person from the company and told me I should buy a insulated door, then looked over at my window and said “we’ll since you’re window isn’t I guess not” then came back into my home with a quote of over $4,000 and they have one door with windows, do I want it. We talked that I received another quote for $2,000 and then he proceeded to tell me (I guess because I am a woman) the door will be inspected by the county, Hurricane rating and I need to make a decision now. I stated I will discuss it with my husband and the agent said well you need to decide by tonight. I asked him, “you want me to pay for a door that I do not even know what it looks like and the windows?” and he said yes I said no, I”ll let you know. The safety report he created was not even correct- insulted our intelligence. The agent also needs to look to see who is around when he says on the way to the vehicle. “This is bullshit” my grown children were out front and heard it and came told me needless to say we went to the company with the less quote and better service.
