I am beyond satisfaction with the quality of product and service from Precision Garage Doors. I called @ 9:00 am. for a service call and within 2 hours a service man was here! Kenneth was polite, efficient and thorough and within a few hours I had two new garage motors and equipment, including servicing of the existing garage doors and replacement of parts on one older door! All this with a warranty and the most quiet operation of the doors I could ever conceive! My old motors were 23 yrs old, and I am amazed at the workings of the new! Kenneth was an absolute delight to work with--he explained everything he would do, was extremely efficient, showed me the new products including clear explanations of everything! Contacted Percision via Yelp and received a reply quickly. Gave me a quote for technician to come out to inspect the system. Key pad outside would not close the door, all our remotes including our vehicles wouldnt open the door. The inner pad would open the door but had to hold it to close. Kenneth was our technician and he did the 25 point inspection and offered his perfessional opinion and gave me options to think about. We did the first option to rewire safety switches and completed a tune up on the tracks and rollers. He adjusted the spring and lubricated all parts. The problem was rectified and door and remote now work great. Kenneth was very professional and completed the work in a very short time. You will not go wrong with this company.

So happy that when I called for service on my garage door I was greeted with a very pleasant person, and was able to set up a quick appointment to have my door repaired. I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was very pleasant and gave me some pointers on how to keep my door working smoothly for a long time. My technician was Kenneth. He was very thorough and pleasant.
