Wonderful experience start to finish. My garage door spring broke on Mother’s Day. I called Precision and the service rep was very personable and professional. She had a technician booked for 8am the next day. Austin called prior to his arrival. He was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have never had a garage door open so quietly in my life! Highly recommend.

Explained everything, gave options, and no pressure! Perfect! Would reccomend your company any time! Previously used your company to install new garage door springs, sensors. Again, perfect!

After waiting over 3 weeks of my home warranty failing to find a contractor, I asked them if I could find one myself, which they approved. I called Precision and had a technician here and my garage door fixed in less than 3 hours! So impressed!

Service was excellent. Just got the safety analysis and am not quite sure how to read it. Could use some help with it.

Austin came to do take care of a terrible squeak on a our hurricane proof, insulated door that was installed last May. His attention to detail was outstanding and he went above and beyond in making sure everything about he entire door and motor, including the sensors and wiring were top notch. Exceptional service.

They came out the same day and replaced my garage door opener quickly. Very clean, knowledgeable, and professional. I had just purchased my home in "as is" condition 2 months ago without an inspection. One of the guys noticed a very low noise coming from my electrical box and probably saved me from my house burning down or someone getting hurt. Thanks so much!!!

Austin was very personable and kind. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and looked over my doors thoroughly. He made me aware of their age and the newer options that have better safety ratings so in the future I can make an educated decision. His work was thorough. Good job, thank you!!

At the recommendation of our neighbor (his garage door broke the week prior to ours), we called Precision. Man, are we ever happy we did! Our tech was Austin Young- friendly, knowledgeable, and so efficient! He showed us our options and then got right to work. Not only is our door working again, but it is soooo quiet you hardly hear it going up or down! Thank you, Austin, for such great service!

They replaced the aging electrical Chain driven garage door opener with a quiet belt driven one. Did it quickly ~ 2 hours, and also replaced metal wheels with a newer style wheel.. Renter commented on how quiet the door is now. Great job, Thanks!

After getting a quote from American Door for over $650 to replace a torsion spring, I decided to give these guys a shot. Same day appointment for a quote AND repair (within an hour, actually) and did it for less than half of American's quote. The tech Austin was super cool, punctual, and knocked the repair out in no time. I can't recommend these guys enough and they're 100% my go to in the future.

Technician had a poor attitude , gave off the impression he didn't want to do the job. Complained about the install of my garage door from the Builder.

Austin and Derrick arrived on time and quickly evaluated my poor-performing garage door. They recommended three options and I was able to select the one I wanted. This new motor has higher horsepower, works great, and so quietly. New springs and rollers installed. And I have an outdoor keypad access. Problem solved! The guys were polite and answered my thousand questions very respectfully. Super warranty, too. Great experience overall! Totally satisfied.

I was totally amazed at the quick response and professionalism offered by Precision Door. Austin and Colt were so nice and they did an amazing job. My garage door was totally jacked up and when they were finished it was opening and closing so smoothly that neither my dogs or myself heard it going up and down. I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door needs you may have.

Talk about service! I called to have my garage door checked on the 23rd of December and had a tech out to fix the issue at my house 30 minutes later. Austin had a new garage door opener installed in less than an hour and I won’t have to worry about my car outside on Christmas. Thank you so much!

HELLO PRECISION, TODAY NOV. 4, 2019 A MR. AUSTIN YOUNG (TECHNICIAN) SERVICED MY GARAGE DOOR. HE CAME ON TIME AS PROMISED AND WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I MUST SAY HE WAS A VERY NICE PERSON AND VERY SKILLED, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS DOING. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE VERY PROUD OF HIM BECAUSE IT'S VERY HARD TO FIND THAT DEDICATION IN MOST PEOPLE. THANK YOU, JOSEPH MOLINARI

Great first impression. Needing a new garage door had set up an appointment and received a text message with a picture and short bio of Austin our technician. Austin was on time and easily explained all the options regarding pricing, materials and equipment available to us. Very professional, thank you.
