Outstanding all the way around. Got my door fixed the same day I called it in. The door works better than it ever has and I've been here for 12 years. It's quiet now. Technician knew what he was doing. He had all the parts required to do the job on his truck. I was very happy with the results.

I don't know how to put into words how much I appreciate the service I received from Daniel on Friday. First he called earlier than was expected to see if he could come on out. When he arrived he was gracious and kind. He looked at my garage door and the mess it was in. He gave me 3 quotes and didn't try to sell me anything. I learned a lot about my garage door too. He knew exactly how to fix it and went out of his way to make it right and did so happily. Now my garage door is better than it was before I haphazardly ruined it. I would recommend calling Precision door for any problems you have with your garage door and to ask for Daniel. I will call for him in future for any problems I may have with my garage door. Thank you Precision door for sending Daniel for the repairs. If all employees are even half as kind and down to earth people like Daniel your business will always be blessed. THIS company is Awesome! I've used them in the past. Always prompt, courteous and does a great job.Today, a Saturday, I called about 9 and the nice guy was there at 11, as they said. I had knocked off the door sensor while getting my lawn mower out. Well, it took the gentleman 1 MINUTE to fix. And you know what ? Didn't charge me a dime! What a great company. Technician Mason came over yesterday (5/26/18) to our home in Niceville, FL to analyze our garage door unit. He met with my husband, David and informed him to replace the unit. Upon my arrival, much displeased about complete garage door replacement as our previous unit LIFEMASTER has LIFETIME Warranty and was overall a much larger and more tech system was replaced with new proprietary Precision System (remote (2), motor, and wall unit) -- I'm unhappy with new system quality. Additionally, Mason took our LIFEMASTER Products, I want those back. The wall unit was a Large box - Digital system, Thermostat included, automatic timer garage closer. I request Mason or Precision Employee return our previous Products. We had Precision install their unit, but DO NOT WALK Away with our Previous Products. LIFETIME will send me a new Garage Motor - FREE OF CHARGE. The wall unit - is In PERFECT Condition. Please call me for questions, Juliet at 850-883-4952 or 850-368-9435. My husband doesn't handle our "home issues" and in this situation he was taken advantage of. All we needed was right size of Springs (#273) and those only cost $54 a piece, we were charged $149 each.

Very happy with the customer service from Precision Door. I had an issue where I needed to replace my motor. My door and motor was 21years old. The service technician talked me into replacing everything as a kit which also brought my door up to current hurricane code. The installers had the new equipment installed a week later. the installers, Rodger and JD did a great job and were very personable. Highly recommend.
