I received an add in a bulk mailing and kept it in case I ever needed a garage door repair. When my garage door wouldn't open I called the Ph# on the add and was connected to a very polite and knowledgeable person who booked a repair for later that day. The young man that showed up at our home was very polite and explained the repair and the estimated cost. The repair was done as quoted and the job-site left clean and neat. We had a hadnyman install a garage door opener for us (not Precision), it took 3 weeks to get it installed then broke after two weeks. My parents had a Precision 800 installed a couple of months prior to our adventure. They loved it and told me how quiet it was. I just thought they were bragging. But when I went to visit them, the garage door opened so quietly, it really made an impression on me. I found Precision Door Service of Pensacola on-line and used the chat feature on a Friday. I was scheduled for an estimate the following Monday. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. They sent out two repairmen to give us a full estimate, and had the garage door installed the same day. The rough estimate given in the chat was within $50 of the actual cost. I still smile inside every time it operates. Oh what a difference it makes.

Our torsion spring broke on our dated garage door. Our only car was trapped in the garage and we had no way of getting it out. After calling 2 other places with no response, we called Precision. They answered on the 2nd ring and had a tech at our house 3 hours later. He rescued our car and explained our options. We're getting a new door. Very pleased!!!

From the time the service technicians introduced themselves to the time they left they were outstanding. I was out observing for most of the repair and they advised me what they were looking for and the corrected actions. They even looked around to insure I would not have any other issues with my garage door. Great service and will refer them to friends that might need this type of service. Note: Price very reasonable

Outstanding all the way around. Got my door fixed the same day I called it in. The door works better than it ever has and I've been here for 12 years. It's quiet now. Technician knew what he was doing. He had all the parts required to do the job on his truck. I was very happy with the results.

I don't know how to put into words how much I appreciate the service I received from Daniel on Friday. First he called earlier than was expected to see if he could come on out. When he arrived he was gracious and kind. He looked at my garage door and the mess it was in. He gave me 3 quotes and didn't try to sell me anything. I learned a lot about my garage door too. He knew exactly how to fix it and went out of his way to make it right and did so happily. Now my garage door is better than it was before I haphazardly ruined it. I would recommend calling Precision door for any problems you have with your garage door and to ask for Daniel. I will call for him in future for any problems I may have with my garage door. Thank you Precision door for sending Daniel for the repairs. If all employees are even half as kind and down to earth people like Daniel your business will always be blessed. JD is the person that came to my house to check my garage door opener. He was on time and went right to work trying to fix my problem. After trying to adjust the door, he told me the motor was bad. I find it very hard to believe the motor is bad when it will open the door (half way) and then close it again. JD was very professional and I appreciate the service.
