Received a text on day of service appointment with name and photo of service technician coming. Nice to know who is coming. Technician called 45 minutes before arrival time which was appreciated as appointment had a 2 hour arrival window. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly technicians with company logo shirts and company truck. Cleaned up when done and gave good instructions on new garage door operator system.

We used Precision Door to replace a double garage door at another house two years ago and were impressed with the company. Yesterday the drive mechanism of our double garage door broke at our present house, jamming the door half-open. They did a fine job, and fixed the problem with my garage door opener. But they would not look at a second garage door, without charging another service charge.

Garage door cables came off the spring rod spools. Called a local garage door place but they couldn't come for two days. Saw Precision Door online and gave them a call. They responded within an hour and door. with some upgrades, was done in about an hour. Corey the technician was super friendly and offered some good advice.

I called Precision because of the reviews I read online. Then I really appreciated the text and picture of the employee that was headed my way to do the work. However, that was not who showed up at my front door! This concerned me. I would suggest that you verify who is doing the service prior to sending the picture. William was the one who actually came, and he was great, polite, and informative throughout his work here.

Precision Door Services was hired to replace my old garage door opener. The technician, Auston Young, showed up within the time agreed upon and professionally completed the job. We will not hesitate to call them again once we decide to replace the garage door.

I called Precision after a four month debacle with a Fix-it company that left me with an inoperable garage door. After guesswork replacement/removal of sensors, motor, and wall station, they abandoned the job. I called other companies and was unable to get scheduled at a mutually convenient time, or my calls weren’t returned at all. I saw a Precision truck on my drive home from work. The logo/branding 24/7 advertising caught my eye as did the fact that they were out working after hours. From first call to completed service, Precision was pleasant and professional. I received a text alert letting me know the technician was on the way, as well as a picture of the technician, Christopher Clifton. Chris arrived on time, and did a stellar job of unraveling the fiasco left by the Fix-it company. He was careful,pleasant, conscientious, and professional. How fortuitous that I saw that Precision truck, and that we had Chris as our technician. I highly recommend Chris Clifton and Precision Door Service.
