Garage door spring broke and needed to be repaired. Called precision and they sent a technician out the same day. Alex was very knowledgeable and extremely professional, getting the broken spring replaced and door working like new in under an hour. I would highly recommend precision to anyone needing repairs. RJ arrived right on time and clearly explained all of the various options to my wife. He also took pictures to make sure the garage door he recommended would be correct. My appointment window was 8-10AM @8:10 my technician called to say he was on his way, perfect. I explained what I thought happened he did his trouble shooting discovered a broken coupler. He presented 3 options I selected the best one for me and within an hour my garage opener was operational. He kept me informed, he had the parts needed on his truck I found him very professional. Received a text on day of service appointment with name and photo of service technician coming. Nice to know who is coming. Technician called 45 minutes before arrival time which was appreciated as appointment had a 2 hour arrival window. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly technicians with company logo shirts and company truck. Cleaned up when done and gave good instructions on new garage door operator system.

We used Precision Door to replace a double garage door at another house two years ago and were impressed with the company. Yesterday the drive mechanism of our double garage door broke at our present house, jamming the door half-open. We were surprised to be able to get speedy service, which required a new driver and other hardware. The service was superb and the repair was perfect.

I called and actually got to speak to a person, unlike the other company that I tried first who I had bought the door from. A day and a half of messages, and not response at all. Y'all were great!!
