Cant imagine wanting a more professional company than Precision. I cant think of anything even slightly negative. Removed and installed an entire garage door system in just a few hours. And the door is a beautiful addition to our home. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing anything ranging from a repair to replacement. This is the second time I have needed them and will be the first to call if I ever need service again. Thanks for a superb job.

I came back to Precison because I was very happy with their service and product before. Once more Precision is top notch. In addition to safety measures, for Covid, I received a tracking message on when to expect the technician. He, JD, also called. This was a quick repair to the wall mount connection. Could not have gone smoother.

Excellent job! I chose Precision rather randomly after looking at online reviews. They met and exceeded my expectations, so I'm really pleased. Technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable.

Jason and the team at Precision Door went above and beyond to ensure that my garage door was functioning at its peak, and went out of their way to fix errors made during the initial installation of the door to ensure it continues to run reliably. Highly recommend their company for any repairs or installations.

After calling a handful of local garage door companies Precision answered and had a same day appointment! They gave notices and even were able to go early. They were honest about my problem and did not push for a sale! I will recommend them in the future.

When a spring on our overhead garage door suddenly failed during a Thursday night (with both cars inside) we called Precision to help us address the problem. A two-person team arrived the following day (on a Friday) to install a new spring. Austin and Kenny were courteous, efficient, very technically competent and explained the reasons for the failure and answered all my many questions. I decided then and there it was time to replace my aging overhead garage door and purchase a new garage door from Precision. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone for service and/or replacement of an overhead garage door. Dick Brauer, Col, USAF (Ret)

Don't use Precision if you are not interested in the highest quality of service and workmanship!!! This Company excels in both and is the ONLY company to use for any and all garage door repairs and servicing - ask for Daniel Lane - this guy is amazing!! We wouldn't think of any other Company to use. Well done Precision team (especially Daniel) - once again you have excelled and deserve all 5 stars.

An appointment was set up quickly; the repairman called to tell us he was coming, sent his picture/bio so we knew who to expect. He checked everything out quickly but thoroughly, gave us an estimate with options. We agreed to the work and he went about completing the job quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased.

Precision Garage Door Services came the day after I called, during the time period agreed, and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. The technicians were courteous and pleasant. They wore masks to protect themselves and me. While there, they were able to fix a problem with the opener light working sporadically. Great service, on-time, and responsive. A winning combination!

What an excellent time I had with RJ and Schad. They were two hours early and very efficient, friendly, and down to earth. The doors were opening on their own (rather spooky and strange), but they are fine now. Thanks guys!!

Very happy with the service. The repair person called to let me know about when he would get to my house. He was also nice and seemed knowable about his job. Did the work and now the door works like new. I'd recommend the company to anyone needing doors or repair.

Derek came out late on a Saturday and did a superb professional job fixing our wrecked door. I appreciate your company being open on a weekend - we would have been unable to get our vehicle out of the garage otherwise. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and talented. Thanks to you and thanks to Derek.

Called Precision to come out and look at my garage door opener. it shook and made a loud noise when closing door. Tech told me my door was unbalanced. He also told me that he could do some adjustment on my old opener, but I had my mind made up that i wanted a new opener with Wifi. He balanced the door and installed the Linear opener w Wifi that is belt driven and i love it. Tech installed app on my phone and did the setup for me. Would recommend them to anyone. Great people and company.
