Garage door cables came off the spring rod spools. Called a local garage door place but they couldn't come for two days. Saw Precision Door online and gave them a call. They responded within an hour and door. with some upgrades, was done in about an hour. Corey the technician was super friendly and offered some good advice.

I called Precision because of the reviews I read online. Then I really appreciated the text and picture of the employee that was headed my way to do the work. However, that was not who showed up at my front door! This concerned me. I would suggest that you verify who is doing the service prior to sending the picture. William was the one who actually came, and he was great, polite, and informative throughout his work here.

I called Precision after a four month debacle with a Fix-it company that left me with an inoperable garage door. After guesswork replacement/removal of sensors, motor, and wall station, they abandoned the job. I called other companies and was unable to get scheduled at a mutually convenient time, or my calls weren’t returned at all. I saw a Precision truck on my drive home from work. The logo/branding 24/7 advertising caught my eye as did the fact that they were out working after hours. From first call to completed service, Precision was pleasant and professional. I received a text alert letting me know the technician was on the way, as well as a picture of the technician, Christopher Clifton. Chris arrived on time, and did a stellar job of unraveling the fiasco left by the Fix-it company. He was careful,pleasant, conscientious, and professional. How fortuitous that I saw that Precision truck, and that we had Chris as our technician. I highly recommend Chris Clifton and Precision Door Service.

JD is the person that came to my house to check my garage door opener. He was on time and went right to work trying to fix my problem. After trying to adjust the door, he told me the motor was bad. I find it very hard to believe the motor is bad when it will open the door (half way) and then close it again. JD was very professional and I appreciate the service.

I received an add in a bulk mailing and kept it in case I ever needed a garage door repair. When my garage door wouldn't open I called the Ph# on the add and was connected to a very polite and knowledgeable person who booked a repair for later that day. The young man that showed up at our home was very polite and explained the repair and the estimated cost. The repair was done as quoted and the job-site left clean and neat. We had a hadnyman install a garage door opener for us (not Precision), it took 3 weeks to get it installed then broke after two weeks. My parents had a Precision 800 installed a couple of months prior to our adventure. They loved it and told me how quiet it was. I just thought they were bragging. But when I went to visit them, the garage door opened so quietly, it really made an impression on me. I found Precision Door Service of Pensacola on-line and used the chat feature on a Friday. I was scheduled for an estimate the following Monday. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. They sent out two repairmen to give us a full estimate, and had the garage door installed the same day. The rough estimate given in the chat was within $50 of the actual cost. I still smile inside every time it operates. Oh what a difference it makes.

Our torsion spring broke on our dated garage door. Our only car was trapped in the garage and we had no way of getting it out. After calling 2 other places with no response, we called Precision. They answered on the 2nd ring and had a tech at our house 3 hours later. He rescued our car and explained our options. We're getting a new door. Very pleased!!!

From the time the service technicians introduced themselves to the time they left they were outstanding. I was out observing for most of the repair and they advised me what they were looking for and the corrected actions. They even looked around to insure I would not have any other issues with my garage door. Great service and will refer them to friends that might need this type of service. Note: Price very reasonable

I called and actually got to speak to a person, unlike the other company that I tried first who I had bought the door from. A day and a half of messages, and not response at all. Y'all were great!! The technician called a couple of times to let me know he was going to be late (WOW!!) He was very professional, down to earth, competent, and friendly.
