Called Precision to come out and look at my garage door opener. it shook and made a loud noise when closing door. Tech told me my door was unbalanced. He also told me that he could do some adjustment on my old opener, but I had my mind made up that i wanted a new opener with Wifi. He balanced the door and installed the Linear opener w Wifi that is belt driven and i love it. Tech installed app on my phone and did the setup for me. Would recommend them to anyone. Great people and company.

Prompt, polite, and professional! Hunter gave me a call before arrival and listened to my concerns and offered several options without a high pressure sales pitch. We decided on a complete overhaul with the exception of a new garage door and side rails. To my surprise, he had all the parts on the truck and went right to work! I would love the chance to brag on the technicians that showed up this morning ( on time ) to make the contracted repair. William and Daniel were not only very proficient in their trade but also very well mannered and professional in every way. They arrived a little early and got right to work and made every effort to not interfere with our work mission. They finished the repair, cleaned up behind themselves and quietly excused themselves very professionally. I will highly recommend this company to anyone I can but definitely jumped at the chance to pass along my experience to all, considering the professionalism of the technicians that were dispatched to perform the task. Technician, William called to let us know he was in route, arrived exactly when he said he would, went over options, gave an estimate on how long the job would take and he was spot on! The technician Hunter arrived to troubleshoot an intermittent door sensor issue with a conformation call ahead of time and arrived on time. He handled all details to my satisfaction and will be taking care of the issue when the specialized part's are in. At the recommendation of our neighbor (his garage door broke the week prior to ours), we called Precision. Man, are we ever happy we did! Our tech was Austin Young- friendly, knowledgeable, and so efficient! He showed us our options and then got right to work. This is my second experience with Precision Door and I'm again very pleased with the service provided! I had new garage door openers installed in January and had new garage doors installed today. JD came and did my initial door measurements and discussed door options with me lzst Saturday. He was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. Trung and Colt did my installation today, contacted me by phone prior to arriving, and arrived on time. They briefly went over what they planned to do and asked if I had any questions. They worked for a solid 5 to 6 hours removing my 34 year old wooden doors and installing the new steel doors. They were both very professional, polite, and focused on getting the job completed correctly. Trung provided a thorough discussion of the work that was completed and demonstrated the new doors to me. I was extremely pleased with today's experience. Also, I again want to commend Precision for its excellent communications with me throughout the entire process. Someone answered when I called. I was sent texts with photos of the technicians before they arrived. I received a call from the office to schedule my installation. And after the work was completed, I received a follow up text and email requesting feedback. Well done!

Last night I opened my garage door and when I tried to close it I got an error message saying my opener had a bad board. The opener was about 5 years old so decide to replace the opened instead of trying to repair it. I noticed that my door seemed awful heavy like there was a problem with the springs. I had just upgraded my door hardware and springs through Precision Doors a few months ago so I decided to ask for a tech to come out and make sure there were no issues with the door before I installed a new opener. They sent Hunter out and he was on it and had it figured out. In no time. Later on, when I was setting up my new opener something happened and the drum on the right side slipped on the shaft causing my door to be partially open on the left while all the way to the floor on the right. It was late in the day but I called saying I would really like him to come back and straighten it out. He came back within about an hour and found and fixed the problem much quicker than I thought possible. Thanks to Hunter and Precision Door, everything is back to normal now with my door and the opener. I really appreciate how they kept me informed and thst a Hunter went the extra distance to fix my issue so late in the day. I will not have any other company work on my door. Thanks for a great job!
