Our garage spring could not be opened due to a spring. We called Precison and they sent a service technician the same day. The technician was courteous , very knowledgeable, and I had him do a complete overhaul of the replacement springs and all garage door componments. The garage door now closes smoothly and you can hardly hear it operating. Price for complete repair was very reasonable.

I was referred to Precision Doors by the Honey Do Service in Fort Walton Beach. Dave at Honey Do said they had used Precision Doors several times and was always very pleased with their service. I called Precision yesterday evening and they assured me their technician would be here this morning (Friday). The technician, Hunter, was here on time and evaluated the condition of the door. Both springs and cable were broken. He gave me options to just replace the broken parts or to replace everything except the door itself and the track it runs on. Since the door system was over 20 years old I chose the whole enchilada. This option was twice the price but still a value option. Hunter was quite efficient and very professional. He had it all done in about two hours. I'm glad Hunter recommended the complete overhaul because every bearing in the system was on its last legs. Hunter and Precision Doors provided excellent service. I heartily recommend them to resolve any garage door issues you're having.

Beginning with the call to Precision to the garage door repair very professional. Tech (Corey I believe) called to let me know he was running about 20 min late. Arrived as stated & explained what the door needed to work properly again. I most certainly will recommend Precision to others.

Cant imagine wanting a more professional company than Precision. I cant think of anything even slightly negative. Removed and installed an entire garage door system in just a few hours. And the door is a beautiful addition to our home. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing anything ranging from a repair to replacement. When a spring on our overhead garage door suddenly failed during a Thursday night (with both cars inside) we called Precision to help us address the problem. A two-person team arrived the following day (on a Friday) to install a new spring. Austin and Kenny were courteous, efficient, very technically competent and explained the reasons for the failure and answered all my many questions. I decided then and there it was time to replace my aging overhead garage door and purchase a new garage door from Precision. Precision Garage Door Services came the day after I called, during the time period agreed, and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. The technicians were courteous and pleasant. Quick response. Excellent customer service. Technician- Schad extremely knowledgeable. Safety review and replacement of previous incorrect springs by builder and replacement of plastic rollers will protect my new opener. Very reasonable with guarantee. Do not waste time like I did. Call these folks and get it done right the first time.
