When a spring on our overhead garage door suddenly failed during a Thursday night (with both cars inside) we called Precision to help us address the problem. A two-person team arrived the following day (on a Friday) to install a new spring. Austin and Kenny were courteous, efficient, very technically competent and explained the reasons for the failure and answered all my many questions. I decided then and there it was time to replace my aging overhead garage door and purchase a new garage door from Precision. Called Precision to come out and look at my garage door opener. it shook and made a loud noise when closing door. Tech told me my door was unbalanced. He also told me that he could do some adjustment on my old opener, but I had my mind made up that i wanted a new opener with Wifi. He balanced the door and installed the Linear opener w Wifi that is belt driven and i love it. Tech installed app on my phone and did the setup for me. Would recommend them to anyone. Great people and company.

I came back to Precison because I was very happy with their service and product before. Once more Precision is top notch. In addition to safety measures, for Covid, I received a tracking message on when to expect the technician. He, JD, also called. This was a quick repair to the wall mount connection. Could not have gone smoother.
