These folks were outstanding. they came earlier than promised after phoning to see if I was available. Had all he parts and tools to do repairs in minimum time. Christopher the technician was so friendly, knowledgeable and concerned for our needs I couldn't believe it. You need something done call these folks.

I called around 2:30, got an appointment for same day. The technician was punctually and very professional. He explained what had gone wrong with our garage door and fixed it so it is secure. We will need a new garage door, which we were expecting. Looking forward to having it installed soon. Great service and I will very much recommend.

I found out about Precision from searching the internet searching for garage door repair. I called your company due to one spring being broken on a garage door which was only 2 years old. Your employee Chris Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable about garage door opening equipment and gave us several quotes on just replacing one spring to replacing both springs and a whole new system that was affordable and much better quality than our very cheap garage door opening system. Our old system was very noisy and not installed properly so we were grateful for Chris explaining all the options and getting a lifetime guarantee on your excellent products and workmanship. I have heard of Precision Door Company before. Have built several homes in the area and wanted to see what they offered. Sent in a email early one morning and they had a field person come by the same day. Very knowledgeable, new what we need and what the prices would be. Our doors are 8’ tall by 18’ long and a small one still 8’ tall, the field man talked to us on commercial wall opener and how the small door would have to be a special build. The field man’s name was Chris Taylor what a asset for this company.

Wade and Bailey arrived very early to work on my Amarr garage door. They replaced both torsion springs with your new lifetime warranty springs, swapped in nylon rollers, new drums and cables in less than an hour! Wade even gave me a 10% military discount! My old steel rollers were loose and missing bearings. They replaced a broken hinge on the top panel which had 4 glass sections allowing only 3 hinges, one at the center which was broken and two at the roller ends. They checked door balance and lubed everything. Wade and Bailey were very helpful and explained everything as they worked--which I really appreciated! Thanks!

Same day service. Technician. Daniel, was very knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions. Helped this old guy understand what was going on and how to maintain my new springs. Springs were a little pricey, but warranty helped.

Alex came right out, about 90 minutes after my call (impressive in Destin traffic.) Very polite, and professional. He discovered the issue quickly (whoever originally installed my garage door used rollers that were way too short.) Alex replaced them with the correct rollers in about 20 minutes at a very fair price. Things are MUCH quieter in my neighborhood now! Thanks!!!

Received a text on day of service appointment with name and photo of service technician coming. Nice to know who is coming. Technician called 45 minutes before arrival time which was appreciated as appointment had a 2 hour arrival window. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly technicians with company logo shirts and company truck. Cleaned up when done and gave good instructions on new garage door operator system.

We used Precision Door to replace a double garage door at another house two years ago and were impressed with the company. Yesterday the drive mechanism of our double garage door broke at our present house, jamming the door half-open. We were surprised to be able to get speedy service, which required a new driver and other hardware. The service was superb and the repair was perfect.
