I would love the chance to brag on the technicians that showed up this morning ( on time ) to make the contracted repair. William and Daniel were not only very proficient in their trade but also very well mannered and professional in every way. They arrived a little early and got right to work and made every effort to not interfere with our work mission. They finished the repair, cleaned up behind themselves and quietly excused themselves very professionally. The technician Hunter arrived to troubleshoot an intermittent door sensor issue with a conformation call ahead of time and arrived on time. He handled all details to my satisfaction and will be taking care of the issue when the specialized part's are in. This is my second experience with Precision Door and I'm again very pleased with the service provided! I had new garage door openers installed in January and had new garage doors installed today. JD came and did my initial door measurements and discussed door options with me lzst Saturday. He was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. Trung and Colt did my installation today, contacted me by phone prior to arriving, and arrived on time. They briefly went over what they planned to do and asked if I had any questions. They worked for a solid 5 to 6 hours removing my 34 year old wooden doors and installing the new steel doors. They were both very professional, polite, and focused on getting the job completed correctly. Trung provided a thorough discussion of the work that was completed and demonstrated the new doors to me. I was extremely pleased with today's experience. Also, I again want to commend Precision for its excellent communications with me throughout the entire process. Someone answered when I called. I was sent texts with photos of the technicians before they arrived. I received a call from the office to schedule my installation. And after the work was completed, I received a follow up text and email requesting feedback. Well done!

Last night I opened my garage door and when I tried to close it I got an error message saying my opener had a bad board. The opener was about 5 years old so decide to replace the opened instead of trying to repair it. I noticed that my door seemed awful heavy like there was a problem with the springs. I had just upgraded my door hardware and springs through Precision Doors a few months ago so I decided to ask for a tech to come out and make sure there were no issues with the door before I installed a new opener. They sent Hunter out and he was on it and had it figured out. In no time. Later on, when I was setting up my new opener something happened and the drum on the right side slipped on the shaft causing my door to be partially open on the left while all the way to the floor on the right. It was late in the day but I called saying I would really like him to come back and straighten it out. He came back within about an hour and found and fixed the problem much quicker than I thought possible. Thanks to Hunter and Precision Door, everything is back to normal now with my door and the opener. I really appreciate how they kept me informed and thst a Hunter went the extra distance to fix my issue so late in the day. I will not have any other company work on my door. Thanks for a great job!

Precision Door recently replaced my two 34 year old chain driven garage door openers with new belt driven units. We couldn't be happier with the service provided or the quiet new openers! First, let me say that Precision Door excels at communications. I selected Precision after doing an internet search and reading their testimonials. It was 7pm, but their website indicated they were still open so I gave them a call. An "actual person" answered the phone and was quite professional and helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next morning. The next morning I received a phone message from the technician, Chris Taylor, indicating he could arrive early if I was available. I called back and verified the earlier time worked for me. Moments later I received a text including a photo of Chris and a brief bio about him. Chris arrived shortly thereafter and was extremely professional, polite, personable, and efficient. He looked over my existing openers, discussed my needs with me, and provided a quote to replace my openers with new ones to meet my requirements. The price was fair and the work was completed in less than 4 hours from the time Chris arrived. He did an outstanding job installing my new units, cleaning up, and in demonstrating the features of the new systems. I received a copy of my invoice and warranty information by email and a follow-up email from Precision Door asking for feedback within minutes of Chris leaving. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and especially with my technician, Chris Taylor. Excellent job!

I called around 2:30, got an appointment for same day. The technician was punctually and very professional. He explained what had gone wrong with our garage door and fixed it so it is secure. I found out about Precision from searching the internet searching for garage door repair. I called your company due to one spring being broken on a garage door which was only 2 years old. Your employee Chris Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable about garage door opening equipment and gave us several quotes on just replacing one spring to replacing both springs and a whole new system that was affordable and much better quality than our very cheap garage door opening system. I have heard of Precision Door Company before. Have built several homes in the area and wanted to see what they offered. Sent in a email early one morning and they had a field person come by the same day. Very knowledgeable, new what we need and what the prices would be. Our doors are 8’ tall by 18’ long and a small one still 8’ tall, the field man talked to us on commercial wall opener and how the small door would have to be a special build. The field man’s name was Chris Taylor what a asset for this company.

Wade and Bailey arrived very early to work on my Amarr garage door. They replaced both torsion springs with your new lifetime warranty springs, swapped in nylon rollers, new drums and cables in less than an hour! Wade even gave me a 10% military discount! My old steel rollers were loose and missing bearings. They replaced a broken hinge on the top panel which had 4 glass sections allowing only 3 hinges, one at the center which was broken and two at the roller ends. They checked door balance and lubed everything. Wade and Bailey were very helpful and explained everything as they worked--which I really appreciated! Thanks!
