5-STARS: This was an extremely positive experience from the initial visit to complete garage door replacement with upgraded components and lifetime warranty, all within 2 days from my phone call. Wade was very competent, trustworthy, and demonstrated a desire for excellence that matched my lofty expectations. I am a demanding customer and not easily impressed with the "typical" customer service demonstrated these days. This company gets a 5-star AAA rating in my book. Do yourself a favor, call them and fix your door today.

Outstanding Customer Service, the technician was completely knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly recommend your company to any home owner. Now on the other hand I'd like to ask you to reconsider your discounts for Wounded Warrior Veteran's whom have served almost 22 years and are 100% disabled. And the Government has cut our retirement checks in half because its too much money we supposedly receive. Sorry for the long story, but this is truly what we are going through. And your company was fixing my garage door because I'm putting my house up for sale unfortunately, after honorably serving my country they are cutting our pay so low it's embarrassing. Wade, your installer, came out sooner than the scheduled time, that's OK, he called first and asked me for permission, which I gave. When he arrived he immediately told me what the problem was with the garage door and explained the options available to me. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He completed the work in short order. I only called your company because you advertise servcie within 4 hours. It was early afternoon when my garage door broke and I needed to be able to close it for the night. I was given a time of 5-7 PM when I ordered service and I was happy with that. But, I was even happier when you were able to service it 2 hours earlier and be done well before a scheduled event I was having at my house that evening. Jason and Darryl did a fantastic job ! I LOVE my new opener which I hadn't intended on buying but am now glad I did and my garage door works perfectly now and may hold up until REBUILD NW Florida gets around to me! Justin came to the house ready to work he explained the new equipment and installed it in what seemed like no time. He programed my external key pad ,my cars built in opener, lubed everything and my new opened is quite and works perfectly. He know the product and explained everything. Great job

Jason showed up on time and with the correct parts to do the job. He and a new man being trained had the torsion springs, center bearing, and all of the roller bearings replaced in less than an hour! Keep in mind they weren't rushing, they just knew exactly how to do the job. Great work!

Had major malfunction with aging door, rails, springs, and motor...what else could go wrong? Precision arrived within 2 hours of my frantic call the next morning, quickly assessed the situation, recommended 3 options, I picked a new garage door on a Friday and it was installed the following Monday. What a relief for me it was fast and high quality...owed all to the quick response and professional knowledge of Precision.

My inlaws were in need of a new garage door after the door came off the tracks. We contacted Precision first thing on a Friday morning and they were out within 2 hours. A new door was ordered and it was then installed on Monday morning first thing. This was one of the best experiences of this type that I have ever known! First of all, the techs arrived within 2 1/2 hours. They were very, professional and respectful. They fully answered questions and explained options. After quickly verifying that the door opener had succumbed to old age, we decided to replace the chain drive unit with a reasonably priced and much quieter belt driven one. Waaay more better! Very soon, the job was finished and my blood pressure was down. We highly recommend your company to anyone needing service to their garage door.

My garage door spring broke Monday afternoon at 4pm on a holiday. I found your website and noticed a 24hr chat link. I wanted to inquiry about the price to repair the spring. I got a quick reply and was told they could schedule someone to be at my house between 6pm-8pm that night. I went ahead and scheduled it and with an hour the tech called and was on his way. Not only was it storming outside and under a tornado watch a tornado had actually struck in our area and the tech, Jason Lite's, still came out. Very courteous and professional. He explained the repair and what it would cost before the fix. Highly recommend this business for anybody looking for quick service and fair pricing.

I needed a fix for my garage door that was stuck in the up position. I called very early in the morning, around 6AM. I was able to schedule an appointment for later the same day! The repair man was at my house in about three hours from my call. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the door in short order. He was prompt and explained what he was going to do to fix our door. It now works better than it ever has and we have a lifetime guarantee on all of the parts used in the repair. We will definitely call Precision Door if we ever have problems with our other garage door. It's nice to deal with such professional people!

How refreshing to dial your number for a service call and hear a pleasant answer instead of going through a series of pushing buttons to reach a person. Another pleasant thing was getting an appointment for the service call the same day. Better still, a call was made to confirm the appointment and suggested an earlier time which was great. We were pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of their skill in repairing our garage door opener. In answering our questions, they were able to assist us further in some repairs needed for our garage door. Also, let me add that we are senior citizens and appreciated the respect shown to us by the repairmen. We will not hesitate to recommend this great company to all our friends.

Very satisfied. Called them at noon and they can out by 4pm. They replaced our 20-year old garage door motor/opener with a new belt driven system. I've never heard a quieter garage door opener.
