With in 2 hours of my initial call, Roger had arrived and began repairs for a broken torsion spring. During initial eval, frayed lift cables and a worn center bearing were identified. No high pressure sales pitch. 3 estimates were provided before the repair was started (basic repair, upgraded and Premium). Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. The job was completed in minimum time without any problems. Having a stocked service vehicle is a major plus. The door hasn't been this quiet since it was first installed. Great work!

We are VERY satisfied with the response time and the service. When our garage door suddenly failed and fell part-way my car was outside but my wife's car was inside (undamaged). We needed the situation remedied fast. COREY HANE arrived promptly and provided superb service and technical expertise. I observed the entire repair and asked questions along the way. Prompt, courteous service. Our technician was Mr. Sweat. He removed our old door and installed the door and our new belt-driven door opener. He explained the lubrication schedule and how to clean the door. He explained the wireless door opener and the type of light bulbs to use. He was also friendly and applied the military discount I forgot to request when I received the estimate. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Service.

I found this company by searching the internet I am new to the area and found myself in small crisis....my garage door would neither open or shut....I called the 888 number at 8PM and actually spoke to a person and set up an appointment for the following morning 8-10AM. I received a phone call at 8:45 from the tech that he was on his way and he was true to his word...Roger was wonderful......told me exactly what was wrong fixed the problem.......gave my pointers on garage care.....it was one of the best service experiences I have had since I arrived in Pensacola......Hats off to this company and particularly Roger I would use them again....oh and by the way they were very reasonable.

My spring broke on my garage door and I was unable to open my door. I called Precision in the morning and a serviceman was dispatched and at my house within 2 hours. They repaired it within 45 minutes and did a very professional job. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their garage door fixed. Jason came out to the beach to repair a broken spring on our i-drive system. It now works well, and I especially appreciate him taking the time to review system operation and maintenance with me. On Wednesday November 23rd my garage door broke and you all had been recommended too me by a co-worker. I called and within an hour Corey and Blaine arrived. Had a bad UV sensor. Sensors were replaced. Technician said remote was not working at range due to LED light bulbs being installed in opener. The LED lights interfere with the opener frequency. Replace a bracket and a hinge that was cracked. Technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
