Wade was very personable and helpful. Although we did purchase a new garage door there was no high pressure to do so. The cheap door Adams Homes put in was of poor quality and last a few months shy of 5 years.

If all possible you should ask for Wade. I had him out a yr. ago to install a opener keypad on the outside of garage. This time I had him replace the horrible Genie that was only a year old with a Linear Precision what a difference. Wade is quick and knows what he is doing I would give him 5 stars for sure. I had heard a lot about Precision before I needed their service. We found out that Precision is much more than we first thought. When a spring broke last Saturday I figured I would not find anyone to come and help me on a weekend at a reasonable price. Precision proved me wrong. From the quote and appointment times I receive from a chat session I was immediately glad that I had called them. Then when I received my appointment confirmation, the name of the Service Representative that was assigned to my situation I also receive a full professional profile of Roger Sweat and the complete Precision workforce. I knew the background of Roger before he arrived at our home. Roger also arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled that also was a blessing. I am totally satisfied with the services and the products that I received from this company. They first came out to my house because my garage door would not close - same day service! I was shown the problem with my door and was told I needed to replace it. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in; but once it did, they came right out to install it. After about two weeks I seemed to notice that the door was noisy as it went up and down. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem - at no charge!!! I am so impressed with this company. They come when they say they're coming and the installers are super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives!!!

Crew consisting of Roger and Triston arrive at my home within the time window allocated by the Precision office. I got a heads up phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. We chose Precision for best value all around. We had to replace a garage door opener installed by our builder that did not last 5 years. Precision came out did a fast and friendly job with no problem. We did have an issue with the door not coming down yesterday and when we called the receptionist treated us with the high quality, fast and friendly information. letting us know the next available technician would be out to service our door. She said it would be between 2-4 if not earlier, but they would call when they were getting close. This was around 11:00 a.m. The called about 30 minutes later to say they would be out in 10 minutes if that worked for us. This is the best in any repair service we have ever experienced and appreciate your sincere concern. Thank you!
