I chose Precision because of the advertised availability (phone book). I rate the service performed and the Tech performing the service 5 stars. Wade was very professional in his actions and well informed on the type of garage door opener in question. He reviewed our actions and answered our questions about the door travel. He explained what he was doing and why. He adjusted the door travel, made sure the safety beam was aligned and setup the keypad. In the matter of minutes the garage door opener and all devices were operating as advertised. Thanks for the reduce stress and a job well done. Ron Adams

Wade was great!!! I called July 4th at 10pm, and was amazed to be able to communicate online through their website on a holiday evening. Through online chat, they scheduled him to arrive between 8am and 10pm the next morning. Wade called on July 5th at 7:30am and was promptly here at 8am. By 9:30am the torsion springs and rollers were replaced and the garage was fully functional. Wade gave me 2 quotes to choose from based on his inspection. He was courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend Wade and Precision Door Service to anyone.

Spencer and Corey responded to my call for repair of the garage door opener. After evauation, we decided to install a new opener rather than repair the old one.Within two hours after their arrival, the new opener had been installed, the garage floor restored to order and they were on their way back to Pensacola. I was very happy to find Precision and find out they do service calls on the weekend. I called about 9:30am and had an appointment for 2:00-4:00pm. The tech showed up around 2:25 and had called me earlier to say he was running a little late and would miss the 2pm arrival; he was traveling an hour to my house from his last service call. The tech was great - thoroughly knowledgeable, polite, and professional - and fixed my door in under 45 minutes. Pretty quick considering the condition the door was in when he showed up. The $49 service fee is extremely fair, especially for a weekend call, and the total price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Precision again if I need garage door repair.

Always reliable and I know the work will be done right. Had a full door system installed in my new shop and was very satisfied with PDS on that job, so called them for some issues with the old one in my house. The tech was on time, had the right parts,knew what to do, and had the old door working more smoothly and quietly than anytime since we owned the house. Well run outfit.

I have had 3 repairs and one total garage door replacement in the last five years. Needless to say it wasn't a good experience. Your technican, Justin was on time, courteous and professional. He finished the job in about 15 mins and gave me some good advice going forward. I will not use any other garage door company other than Precision from now on. Great company and a great experience.

I called Precision Door Service Saturday, May 21st at about 330pm and requested service/assistance on my garage door that simply would not open. The friendly operator set the appointment and gave me a 4pm to 6pm arrival time. I was pleasantly shocked when Justin called to say he was now on his way and arrival would be about 417pm. When he arrived, Justin was the epitome of a professional technician, friendly, and knowledgable which allowed me to make the best decision for today's resolution. By 515pm, he was done and we chatted briefly before settling up on the bill. You can tell Justin and Precision desire to do more than just make money but also to ensure customer satisfaction and build long term relationship with its customers - WTG y'all !!!! The chain jumped off track and the door wouldn't work late one evening. I had to go somewhere early the next morning. Opened the phone book and saw this big impressive ad. It said you come out after hours with no extra charge. I called and a really nice, very skilled technician came out within the hour and fixed everything. I am totally pleased!

Our HOA management company recommended Precision Overhead for our garage door repair. I checked their website then made the call. We scheduled an 8:00-10:00 AM service window. I had closure issues with my garage door and found local service yesterday. Today presented a new problem which prevented me from opening my garage to put our car away but the local company evidently takes Friday afternoons off. I called Precision around 4 pm and was professionally greeted, knowledgably identified and assured a technician would be at my home between 6 and 8 pm. I received a call shortly after 5:30 letting me know they were enroute. My garage door issues were diagnosed and repaired in less than half an hour. This type of service is unheard of and rarely experienced by me. How incredible to have such a professional and knowledgeable company available. I would recommend never wasting your time on any other company due to the efficiency, reliability and integrity of Precision.
