The Tech actually arrived early, which was excellent. Although he was not able to repair the opener due to it's age and lack of parts, he did have a new one on his truck. Not having to wait and make another appointment was great.

Wade, the technician that showed up did a fantastic job on servicing our garage door. He called before he showed up and arrived a few minutes early with everything needed to do the job. He provided prompt answers about the problem we were having with our garage door. He then offered us repair options that allowed us to decide for ourselves which service best suited our needs. WOW!! Less than 2 hours after my initial call to Precision Door Service, Roger and Triston arrived and had completed repairs to my garage door that wouldn't close properly. They actually arrived about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and the quality of work that we received was excellent. Roger & Triston completed the job in minimum time, and even performed a safety check! Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. They were both personable, professional and efficient.... Overall, I'm very satisfied! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my my friends and family members!!!

Our tech was Roger Sweat. He and his helper did an excellent job. The new door and opener are wonderful. Very quiet. My door was 20 years old and had seen better days spring broken and coming apart. I am very please with the new one.

I had a major problem when the spring that holds the garage door broke. Called Precision, and a technician was at my home in just a couple of hours. Repaired a broken part on the door, replaced all the moving parts and installed a new garage door opener, all in less than two hours. I recommend Precision for whatever your garage door needs may be. Superb!

Wade was very personable and helpful. Although we did purchase a new garage door there was no high pressure to do so. The cheap door Adams Homes put in was of poor quality and last a few months shy of 5 years.

If all possible you should ask for Wade. I had him out a yr. ago to install a opener keypad on the outside of garage. This time I had him replace the horrible Genie that was only a year old with a Linear Precision what a difference. Wade is quick and knows what he is doing I would give him 5 stars for sure. I had heard a lot about Precision before I needed their service. We found out that Precision is much more than we first thought. When a spring broke last Saturday I figured I would not find anyone to come and help me on a weekend at a reasonable price. Precision proved me wrong. From the quote and appointment times I receive from a chat session I was immediately glad that I had called them. Then when I received my appointment confirmation, the name of the Service Representative that was assigned to my situation I also receive a full professional profile of Roger Sweat and the complete Precision workforce. I knew the background of Roger before he arrived at our home. Roger also arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled that also was a blessing. The quality of work that we received and the cost of the Service provided convinced me that Precision is the company I will call when I need garage door service in the future THANK you Roger and THANK you Precision.

Garage door spring broke Monday night and Precision was able to come out and fix it Tuesday morning. The technician Darrell was very professional and on time. We were happy with his work. I will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future.

I am totally satisfied with the services and the products that I received from this company. They first came out to my house because my garage door would not close - same day service! I was shown the problem with my door and was told I needed to replace it. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in; but once it did, they came right out to install it. After about two weeks I seemed to notice that the door was noisy as it went up and down. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem - at no charge!!! I am so impressed with this company. They come when they say they're coming and the installers are super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives!!!
