I called Precision after a four month debacle with a Fix-it company that left me with an inoperable garage door. After guesswork replacement/removal of sensors, motor, and wall station, they abandoned the job. I called other companies and was unable to get scheduled at a mutually convenient time, or my calls weren’t returned at all. I saw a Precision truck on my drive home from work. The logo/branding 24/7 advertising caught my eye as did the fact that they were out working after hours. From first call to completed service, Precision was pleasant and professional. I received a text alert letting me know the technician was on the way, as well as a picture of the technician, Christopher Clifton. Chris arrived on time, and did a stellar job of unraveling the fiasco left by the Fix-it company. He was careful,pleasant, conscientious, and professional. How fortuitous that I saw that Precision truck, and that we had Chris as our technician. I highly recommend Chris Clifton and Precision Door Service.

You were at a neighbors house providing an estimate. I walk down and asked the technician if he would come over and quote me. He told I had to call and schedule an appointment. Great I thought, this will take a couple of weeks. Called and was given an appointment window on Monday ( I had done all this on Friday morning late). Now I was becoming a little less skeptical. Monday arrives, they call and ask if they could come early, their job had finished. Sure come on over, in less than 15 minutes they arrived. Provided an inspection on the garage door and gave me a quote. Not knowing garage-speak, they explained everything I need to know; what I have and what will be the replacement and how things were going to work for the replacement process. Even received a Military Discount. Thanks Wade and Alex for your time and explanations.

My experience with Precision door was excellent from the first phone call to the completion of the repair! After Hurricane Michael it can be difficult to get service or repairs done. The very helpful person that answered the phone and took my service request was professional and thorough. I received an email confirming my appointment which was reassuring. Receiving a text telling me the technician was on his way with his picture included gave me peace of mind! Once the technician arrived he was very personable, professional and thorough in his assessment of the necessary repairs. He did not press me to add items but gave me all the options and explanation needed to make the right decision regarding the repairs needed. And he was able to complete the repair the same day - no rescheduling! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I purchased the extended warranty after spring replacement a few years ago and the decal by the door opener button helped me remember who to call. Austin did an excellent job. He is very professional and awesome with customer relations. Would recommend Precision Door and especially Austin to anyone! I have had two other companies over the last several years, but you guys are best by far! Austin repaired the intermittent operation and recommended a surge protector. I have been thru several sprinkler controllers due to surges and had one blown off the wall. A surge protector is cheap insurance.

I am so impressed with Precision Door Service. The technician wasn't even out of our driveway before I was singing his praises to my husband and to a friend! The technician was courteous and respectful, friendly, efficient. In about 90 minutes, we had a new garage door opener and it's so much quieter than our old one! I have no complaints! On top of that, I had been trying to contact various garage door repair companies for the past 2 weeks or so and could never get a callback. I called Precision just yesterday and was shocked when I was asked if "tomorrow" would be good. I thought we were facing months without a functioning garage door!
