I called and actually got to speak to a person, unlike the other company that I tried first who I had bought the door from. A day and a half of messages, and not response at all. Y'all were great!! The technician called a couple of times to let me know he was going to be late (WOW!!) He was very professional, down to earth, competent, and friendly. I will definitely use you again and refer my friends to you. Keep up the good work!!

Excellent doors...work smooth and quiet and their service reflects the quality of the doors. When I needed service due to a 'opener battery problem', they were quick to respond and did the replacement with a great attitude. Other businesses would do well to copy this companies quality in equipment and service.

I was very impressed with Alex's expertise. He came with his tablet and reviewed the garage door repair that he made short order of. He is the consummate professional. We would ask for him back if we ever have garage door issues in the future. He went straight to work and we now have a perfectly working garage door. Great Company who sent a great service tech today.

Top notch. We had a garage door that had come off the rollers and couldn’t be raised or lowered. It was an old door and we knew we’d likely need a new one. Austin evaluated the situation and gave us our options. The door was in a dangerous position and could’ve fallen on someone. We decided to purchase a new door and Austin could’ve walked away and said it was too dangerous for him to attempt to move, but he managed to get it into a position where it was safer. Above and beyond, Austin. Thank you!

Austin was my technician and there is only one word to describe his performance, OUTSTANDING! I was very comfortable with him and he explained things to me that I was able to fully understand. He took the time to answer every one of my questions. Work performed was very professional, can't say enough about Austin and Precision Door. Looking forward to a long relationship and additional services.

They did a fine job, and fixed the problem with my garage door opener. But they would not look at a second garage door, without charging another service charge.

The meeting with your rep/tech was informative and pleasant. Hopefully your bid will allow us to place an order for 3 Bahama Hurricane Shutters. rating - 5* Unfortunately, I was unable to "send review" without selecting a "service performed"..... giving a quote was not one of the choices so "install Garage Doors" never happened.....
