I came home late one evening and my garage door didn't work so I got online to find top rated repair company's and this one showed 24hr operators. I started a chat and was able to get service scheduled for the next business day. Communication was excellent. Prior to the service tech coming out they sent a text with a short bio and a picture. The tech new his stuff and very friendly. He had the door repaired in no time. Thank you

I’m definitely giving Precision Doors a 5-Star rating. I needed assistance to correct the issue of water entering my garage, due to the storm. William Squires came and listened to my complaint. He smiled and with confidence said he could take care of the problem with a new rubber seal on the bottom of door. If that didn’t work, he said he would return to add an additional seal on floor. I assured him, I would call if this did not work. My compliments to the company for hiring such competent workers.

Your compliance with a service request, was beyond perfection. The service/safety inspection was with no charge. The garage door was irreparable, and was determined to be unsafe to open manually. I highly recommend using you for courtesy, expedience and honesty. The communicated task was wonderful too with phone calls, text, & e-mails to two different parties.
