Both Alex and the person training were very prompt, professional and new exactly what needed to be done for the repair to the door. Alex came right out, about 90 minutes after my call (impressive in Destin traffic.) Very polite, and professional. He discovered the issue quickly (whoever originally installed my garage door used rollers that were way too short.)
