Hunter is a great installer and his experience was great to see. He is great explaining every question I had. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service repaired my garage door spring about 3 years - service was fast (same day) and at reasonable cost. So a week ago when I somehow managed to close the garage door on the car while backing it in and mangling the door, I immediately called Precision. They were out the next day. The tech (Schad) and his assistant (Corey, I believe) were able to get my garage door closed until the new garage door arrives and can be installed. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and gave me options as to how I would like to proceed. Since the garage door has to be replaced, I opted to go ahead and replace/upgrade the garage door opener as well. They were up front about all pricing, etc., and I feel I am getting great value for my money. This is a top notch business, and I will not hesitate to make them my first call for any future garage door needs!

I'm a repeat customer. Our old, worn-out, garage door opener suddenly (and unexpectedly) broke. Having used Precision in the past for one of my rentals, I knew who to call. Precision showed up the next day and replaced the garage door opener with a new belt-drive unit that is sweet! They also replaced the original door springs and now, everything works like a charm. We were up and running in one day! Austin, the service technician was knowledgable, personable, and willing to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend Precision Garadge Door Company.

Very happy. Garage spring broke last night. We called Precision the next morning, a Saturday, and they sent over repairmen who fixed it in 2 hours. We now have both springs replaced and the associated parts with a lifetime warranty.

Safety review and replacement of previous incorrect springs by builder and replacement of plastic rollers will protect my new opener. Very reasonable with guarantee. Do not waste time like I did. Our garage spring could not be opened due to a spring. We called Precison and they sent a service technician the same day. The technician was courteous , very knowledgeable, and I had him do a complete overhaul of the replacement springs and all garage door componments. The garage door now closes smoothly and you can hardly hear it operating. Price for complete repair was very reasonable.

I was referred to Precision Doors by the Honey Do Service in Fort Walton Beach. Dave at Honey Do said they had used Precision Doors several times and was always very pleased with their service. I called Precision yesterday evening and they assured me their technician would be here this morning (Friday). The technician, Hunter, was here on time and evaluated the condition of the door. Both springs and cable were broken. He gave me options to just replace the broken parts or to replace everything except the door itself and the track it runs on. Since the door system was over 20 years old I chose the whole enchilada. This option was twice the price but still a value option. Hunter was quite efficient and very professional. He had it all done in about two hours. I'm glad Hunter recommended the complete overhaul because every bearing in the system was on its last legs. Hunter and Precision Doors provided excellent service. I heartily recommend them to resolve any garage door issues you're having.

Technician showed up to property and got right to work installing the door. They did a great job and it only took around an hour. Also got text notice of when tech was on the way which is great! 10/10 5 stars!!
