I have made attempts for service at other Garage companies prior to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service due to the fact they were on my Home Warranty list for vendors. With horrible service or LACK there of, I was offered to seek services outside of my Home Warranty's vendor list and was recommended Precision door service. I was amazed by the immediate and professional communication by the staff at Precision Door Service. I was sent an email confirming my appt, as well as a text AND photo of the technician that would be attending my appt. William was very informative with the proper procedures of garage door installation and answered any questions I had. Professionalism and respect of others time was presented with my interaction with this company from my initial contact.
