When my garage door wouldn't open, I called the company that installed my opener. The telephone recorded message gave me their hours of service, Monday - Friday. Since it was Saturday when my door wouldn't work I had to find someone else. Your website was very impressive, said you were 7/24, so I called. Sure enough I got a live voice, who said a service man would be out. And Roger Sweat showed up in less time than was said. Roger diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and quickly repaired my door. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I certainly will call Precision anytime in the future that I need attention to my garage door.

Wade rolled in here 2 hours earlier than expected replaced a broken torsion spring and knocked out a total refurb of the garage door in about an hour. Door operation hasn't ever been this smooth or quiet...even when the door was new 16 years ago. Great job. 100% satisfied.

Our garage door fell off its track today (Saturday) and we were concerned it would fall on our car and that we would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. We called Precision and the service technician (Wade) was at our house within a couple of hours and not long after arrival had diagnosed the problem and had our garage door repaired and running well. Wade was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. We were very pleased with his work. Because of our experience today, we will be calling Precision next week for further work. Great company!

No other service could come the day my garage door broke. It was the spring. Our Service guy arrive way before time and it took about 30 minutes to fix. With in 2 hours of my initial call, Roger had arrived and began repairs for a broken torsion spring. During initial eval, frayed lift cables and a worn center bearing were identified. No high pressure sales pitch. 3 estimates were provided before the repair was started (basic repair, upgraded and Premium). Roger's experience was evident as was his friendly demeanor and attitude. The job was completed in minimum time without any problems. Having a stocked service vehicle is a major plus. The door hasn't been this quiet since it was first installed. Great work!

Prompt, courteous service. Our technician was Mr. Sweat. He removed our old door and installed the door and our new belt-driven door opener. He explained the lubrication schedule and how to clean the door. He explained the wireless door opener and the type of light bulbs to use. He was also friendly and applied the military discount I forgot to request when I received the estimate. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Service.

I found this company by searching the internet I am new to the area and found myself in small crisis....my garage door would neither open or shut....I called the 888 number at 8PM and actually spoke to a person and set up an appointment for the following morning 8-10AM. I received a phone call at 8:45 from the tech that he was on his way and he was true to his word...Roger was wonderful......told me exactly what was wrong fixed the problem.......gave my pointers on garage care.....it was one of the best service experiences I have had since I arrived in Pensacola......Hats off to this company and particularly Roger I would use them again....oh and by the way they were very reasonable.
