Have to admit I was a little nervous when I found out that our service tech, Roger Sweat, would be our tech for the repair of our garage door as he was new to Precision Door Service company but he informed us he came to the job with 26 years of repairing/installing garage door experience. Roger quickly found the reason why our garage door would not open and installed a top of the line spring, cable, and roller kit. Our door works better than it ever has and is 100% quieter. He also figured out why our remotes were not working properly and suggested we replace the LED bulbs on the door opener with GE "rough service" light bulbs. It solved our remote control garage door opener problems instantly!!!

Called these guys after hours out to my commercial business. I had a 12 foot rollup door jump track, leaving my business unsecured, after business hours. I checked around and Precision Door Service had very good ratings. I called and they came that same day in a couple of hours. They kept me informed when they would arrive. He showed up on time, did his repair efficiently, gave me my discount and made sure my door worked properly before he left. Great service.

Ready to leave for work on a Monday morning and wife and I were greased due to a sudden garage door opener that needed to be replaced. Had no idea who to call as we never had any problems with our garage door in the past. Googled garage door repair Pensacola and picked precision because their website had alot of good info and most importantly it said they would get to your house within 24hrs. I called at 8am, got someone on the phone who said some techs could be out to my house between 9-11am. They were there by 10am and gone by 11am. How many home repairs do you have to hire someone and they are at your door and have the problem resolved within 3-4hrs. They were honest and told us how much a repair cost, how much 3 different levels of garage door opener replacements cost and we choose the mid level replacement. They programmed not only our key pads but our vehicles as well. I realize that not all service calls will go this smooth as each customer's need are different but Precision Door Service made a great impression and our garage door performs very well.

Called for an estimate and Justin and Roger came out the same day. Thoroughly explained pros and cons on the door and closer, quoted the price and made an install date convenient for me, not the next day but the one after. Arrived on time, worked hard and explained all the features and how to operate remotes, keypad till I understood. I got estimates from two others but Roger and Justin made me feel comfortable and confident to go with Precision. Certainly a 5. I was even complimented on my decision, thanks guys!

Precision was awesome to work with. Our garage spring broke pulling the arm off. When Justin came out he assessed the situation and offered options to fix the door. I would highly recommend your company to any of my family or friends. Jason was wonderful, professional and finished the job quickly. We are very pleased with the fit, finish and timely installation of our new garage door. BEYOND all that, as it operates, the door is very quiet; not silent mind you but nether of us know the door is opening unless very close to the side of the house where the garage is. We had one minor adjustment needed with the service technician arriving at the house the same day. In follow up to a question emailed to the company well after business hours, a reply came directly from the owner in less than an hour!! Matter resolved that quickly.

Jason was AWESOME, respectful (me being a woman,we often get treated differently), informative and professional. Not to mention on time and the repair was quick but thorough. Garage springs broke on us and needed it fixed asap due to an upcoming trip next week. Service availabilities are very accommodating, which was a plus for my busy work schedule so they were able to come out last minute. Impressed how everything was shown on an iPad for each specific thing being done beforehand, so I didn't feel as if random items I knew nothing of were added to the cost.
