On Wednesday November 23rd my garage door broke and you all had been recommended too me by a co-worker. I called and within an hour Corey and Blaine arrived. They were very professional and courteous and friendly. Great guys. They diagnosed the problem and gave me several options. I made the decision to replace the opener. Within an hour they had it replaced and everything cleaned up and it was back working again. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you so much.

We were leaving on Sunday and our door stopped working late Friday. We had to have something done on Saturday because one of our cars was outside and we couldn't open the garage door to put it in. I called Precision before 8 a.m. on Saturday and was given an appt that day. Wade arrived before his appt time, assessed the situation, gave a full estimate of the cost, and having all the parts he needed, went to work and finished the job in a little over an hour. We were so impressed with his timeliness and efficiency, nice guy. Would recommend Precision as the best.

Had a bad UV sensor. Sensors were replaced. Technician said remote was not working at range due to LED light bulbs being installed in opener. The LED lights interfere with the opener frequency. Replace a bracket and a hinge that was cracked. Technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Bobby and the team never cease to amaze me and over deliver on what I consider fantastic service already. Garage door motor went down over the weekend and placed a call in to get someone on site. With most vendors, you expect a week or so to get out to see you and then you hope they actually remember to show up. Not with Bobby and his team! I was told a tech would be onsite Monday morning at 8:30 and ready to address our repair issue promptly. How awesome is that! In addition to the quick service time, I was notified when the tech was on the way and who it was which made it very easy for us to plan our day. Tech showed up, was very professional and as always, a quality job was completed. I have used Bobby and his team on several occasions and could not be happier with every aspect of their quality and service levels. Customer for life!

One word sums up my 1st experience with Precision, "Awesome". From online scheduling, to the confirmation email which advised me what tech would be servicing my garage (tech photo included) to the actual tech (Roger Sweat) himself this was a great experience. Mr. Sweat not only called to let me know he could arrive early but was punctual, very informative and knowledgeable, very nice and professional. After this experience with Precision I would highly recommend they are used to anyone as well as they will be by garage door service provider from here on out. ( I had my doors maintenanced)

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Within a matter of seconds of me contacting the company online I had an appointment for same day service. I contacted them at 5pm and had an appointment window from 6-8pm... Roger called 20 minutes before arrival and arrived promptly. He was super friendly and courteous. Roger was the best. Called prior to arrival, professional and experienced. We had routine maintenance- no issues. We have been with Precision for some time. Our prior tech Jason was promoted to manager which we were excited about. Roger is our service tech now and we are very pleased. All service was explained and doors checked. There were no problems. Tech bio and drug test etc. is a good practice with ID verify. A quality service company highly recommended without hesitation.

Exceptional, prompt and very professional service. The technician explained all options and why they are necessary, with no pressure. Our garage door parts were over 14 years old so we opted for the entire replacement. 1 hour 20 minutes to replace everything and it came with a lifetime warranty. We would do business with them again and reccomend them to anyone needing garage door work.

I found Precision on Google and I'm so happy I did! Corey came to help me with the motor for my garage door. He said he could preform a tune up on the motor, but because of the age of it I just decided to have him install a new one. He had it installed in no time! He was quick and courteous. Out standing, They replace old garage door about a month ago and the safety limit got hit by the car's front wheel backing out. I called them and they were right out and replaced it. The workmanship of the technician was out standing and courteous.
