I had heard a lot about Precision before I needed their service. We found out that Precision is much more than we first thought. When a spring broke last Saturday I figured I would not find anyone to come and help me on a weekend at a reasonable price. Precision proved me wrong. From the quote and appointment times I receive from a chat session I was immediately glad that I had called them. Then when I received my appointment confirmation, the name of the Service Representative that was assigned to my situation I also receive a full professional profile of Roger Sweat and the complete Precision workforce. I knew the background of Roger before he arrived at our home. Roger also arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled that also was a blessing. The quality of work that we received and the cost of the Service provided convinced me that Precision is the company I will call when I need garage door service in the future THANK you Roger and THANK you Precision.

I am totally satisfied with the services and the products that I received from this company. They first came out to my house because my garage door would not close - same day service! I was shown the problem with my door and was told I needed to replace it. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in; but once it did, they came right out to install it. After about two weeks I seemed to notice that the door was noisy as it went up and down. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem - at no charge!!! I am so impressed with this company. They come when they say they're coming and the installers are super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives!!!

Crew consisting of Roger and Triston arrive at my home within the time window allocated by the Precision office. I got a heads up phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Both technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. I am very pleased with both, the products I purchased (new garage door, opener, and accessories) and the installation performed by the Precision technicians. We chose Precision for best value all around. We had to replace a garage door opener installed by our builder that did not last 5 years. Precision came out did a fast and friendly job with no problem. We did have an issue with the door not coming down yesterday and when we called the receptionist treated us with the high quality, fast and friendly information. letting us know the next available technician would be out to service our door. She said it would be between 2-4 if not earlier, but they would call when they were getting close. This was around 11:00 a.m. The called about 30 minutes later to say they would be out in 10 minutes if that worked for us. This is the best in any repair service we have ever experienced and appreciate your sincere concern. Thank you!

I chose Precision because of their same day service. The guys came out and diagnosed my problem and told me I needed a new door. They were able to close my old door so that my garage was secured. A few days later I accidentally hit the door opener in my car and had to call the guys to come back out to close my door. They came out that day and took care of the problem. I have ordered a new garage door and I'm very anxious to get it installed. I would definitely recommend Precision based on their service so far.
