Our garage door suddenly started having a mind of it's own, opening and closing at all hours. We called Precision Door Services to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. We were able to schedule the appointment for the next day. We received a call from the technician, Jordon McClure, when he was on his way, and we received a text from the company with a photo of Jordon so we knew who would be showing up at our door. Jordon quickly found the problem and made recommendations for us to consider. We elected to go with the complete motor overhaul and couldn't be happier. Our garage door is so quiet now. Jordon was very professional, arrived on time and completely cleaned up afterwards. Well worth the money and would highly recommend Precision Door Services.

I am so impressed with Precision. First of all I got a pic of the technician before he arrived at my home. Security is key and I felt that was taken into consideration. Jordon arrived at my home, provided several options for repairing or replacing my 1970 garage door. No high pressure sales tactics. Just the facts. I chose to replace the door which required a bit more work. Matthew arrived today and the team delivered just as Jordon stated. Rarely do you find a company where cross departments are that instep. Precision replaced my garage door following Hurricane Michael in 2018. They did an excellent job then and another excellent job when a repair was needed on June 15, 2021. Thomas "Bailey" Parker arrived on time just as the office had promised. My garage door had gotten crooked and wouldn't close but halfway. Mr. Parker had a name for it and said he couldn't tell me how it happens but he can make the necessary repairs. He did in a very timely manner at no charge due to the lifetime warranty of the door.
