hi there cable came off the pully and the door was stuck open. serviceman came out and in a matter of minutes fixed the problem. door works fine now. this this the second time the wire came off the pully. hope this is the last time. great service and everything is back to normal. thanks.

Service was fantastic. My car was "stuck" in the garage after the chain broke. I had an early morning appointment and needed my car. The young lady in the office was able to contact a technician to come to the house tonight. Ron, the technician was so nice and was able to repair the door.
