Nathan arrived on time to my residents for annual service on our garage door. During the visit he was very professional and polite. After his inspection was complete he explained in great detail on the performance of our door and let me know what was needed for the tune up. After his explanation I decided to go with the Full 10 year 4 spring Rebuild. I asked how soon he could do it and to my surprise he said TODAY! He went straight to work and completed the job to my satisfaction in 2.5 hours. After completion he explained in great detail every aspect of what he did to the garage door. I was very pleased at how quite and smooth the door now operates. During the payment process I also was given a 10% military discount. They were on time gave us the unfortunate news that the card in our old garage door opener was fried and it would cost about $300 or so for a new one - and we would be without the opener until it was received and installed. Therefore we decided to buy their opener, and am I glad I did. It is so quiet you can't hear it while standing inside the garage. He did an outstanding job on the installation while being very helpful and efficient. Thanks again for a good job.

Nathan Hane was my technician who came and checked out my garage door and checked it thoroughly and gave me several things and options to fix what was going on. There was no high pressure to go for the most expensive way but gave me several things that could be done. I appreciated getting a complete update and what I could do and what they would do.
