Now that I am a widow, you have made me feel that I don't have to be lost in all of the things I don't know anything about. I was told in passing that if a storm came through and blew our house away, our garage door would still be standing. Since his death, I have had service a couple of times, and I have to say that your employees are the most compelling and caring I have ever seen, especially Brian York. He made my day turn around. Technician Trung Phan arrived promptly on time. He introduced himself. He was very courteous, cordial and respectful. He explained every aspect of the garage door and garage door opener installation. He stayed focused on the work until the installation was completed. He made sure that the complete product package worked before finishing. He made sure that I had all the appropriate product paperwork. He advised me about the county inspector that still needed to sign off on the installation and gave me a date for the inspection. I would recommend this company for its products and service. I would definitely recommend Technician Phan for his work ethic and dedication to his work. Technician Phan is a great representative of the company. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.

This company is a major rip off. He didn’t have the skills to diagnose the fault and wanted to charge me for every part that he wanted to swap out to see if it would fix it. I could have been charged thousands of dollars and still NOT have a working garage opener. I am a technician and I know there’s a systemic process to troubleshoot faults. This method is ridiculous and a rip off. I would have given zero stars if the option was available!

Nathan was wonderful. He did a full assessment of my garage door and door opener. He asked what I was needing. He presented and explained all of my options. Asking if I had questions. After I had made my decision, he went to work on my requests. After completion he went over every action he had done and how everything worked - even demonstrating how every thing worked. He revisited my warranty and again asked if I had questions. I would recommend Nathan to anyone. Very pleased.

Precision Garage Door is really good!! Jacob came out today to fix our double garage door that had several old age problems. He did a great job and was totally honest about all the options I had to get my door working based on price. We have used them before and they never disappoint!!

Kerry & Kenny were fantastic! Both were professional, courteous, and respectful. Kerry had initially alerted me to termite damage- we stopped - I had the issue checked out & taken care of. I called on a Tuesday to schedule them to come back & wanted them to come that Friday due to my elderly mother only being able to get out of the house through the garage. The office rearranged the scheduling for Friday. (You don’t see that these days) Kerry & Kenny explained in detail everything from new motor, lighting, etc…. & help set the keypad & remotes. Kerry & Kenny picked up their debris and even took some damaged termite boards of mine. I will definitely recommend Precision Door. And if I need you in the future, I will ask for Kerry & Kenny.

I rarely give 5 stars on reviews, but Brian and Precision Door deserve that if not more. With serious hiccups on oiur 20-year-old-plus opener and erratic universal remote, we needed help. Precision responded well on a very good chat service and set up an appointment the day after we chatted. Brian was personable, concerned for our needs and went through check efficiently. He showed me how the hiccups could relate to a bad board in our opener, and we agreed on a new and much quieter belt opener. Within a bit more than an hour he had uninstalled the old equipment and put in all new equipment, setting a new outside code as well. And the total price was well within what we expected to pay for all of it.

He reviewed products at different price points so I could budget my selection. Once the item was picked, he installed it, double checking everything along the way, and then thoroughly demonstrated how it all worked.
