Brian, it wasn’t long after Brian arrived did I realize he is a very talented service technician. He asked me to explain the problems I encountered with the door not operating properly, once I finished he began his portion of the visit. Shortly after he began he discovered a few problems and he immediately made the adjustments, tested the door several times to insure the problems were solved. He then asked if I used Mq door software, I informed him I was not aware of that. At that point he took the time to assist me in downloading and setting it up. What a great app to have with the door. Once again great tech and equally so for Precision Door.

Cody our service tech called the office and was able to fit me in the schedule that afternoon. I was thrilled with the thoroughness of his review of the garage door and his recommendations. The springs as well as the bearings needed replacement due to age. Cody was extremely professional and kind and completed the job within an hour. He spent time explaining everything in detail. We have been a long-term customer of Precision Garage Door Service and have remained with them because they have always been reliable, dependent and professional and their work has been top notch. Today Brian York was our technician and installed a new opener. He was friendly, considerate and highly competent. When he initially called to tell us that he could arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment he prefaced it by saying, "I don't want to disturb your plans so if that time is not good I can keep the schedule time." This is customer service way beyond what we are used to seeing. Brian also made sure that everything was running perfectly and that we understood how to use the openers as well as the phone apps. We wish more companies could be like Precision.

Great Service. Got a txt msg with photo of the technician (Kenny) prior to making the scheduled appoinment time. Kenneth took the time to educate me on routine maintenance I can do inbetween service inspections. Additionally, Kenneth demonstrated how to op's check the "balance" of our Garage Storme Door, what to look for and then went on to perform a "Tune-Up" servicing on our door system. Kenneth is professional, respectful and easy to work with...Thanks Kenny!

Great service! I called at 8:20am. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am to 2:00pm the same day. Brian, the technician, called and said he arrive about 10:50am, if that was okay. Brian was very professional. He checked our garage door completely and suggested several repair options that would fit our budget. Brian finished the repair ahead of schedule. Before Brian left, he made sure the garage door worked perfectly and we were completely satisfied with the repair. No pressure here, fair price and great service.

Brian was amazing. He was informative, didn’t have a planned agenda. He provided us with multiple quotes that would fit our needs, yet educated us on what our problem was. The customer service was impeccable, quick and reliable. Don’t waste your time on another company as I initially did. 5/5!
