We had a problem (not complete opening or closing) with our garage door and called for assistance. That same day, within an hour or so, a technician arrived, analyzed the problem and provided a solution solving the problem so that we could get both our cars in and out. He also provided a lesson as to how to routinely lubricate hinges and springs on the door. He was friendly, polite and technically adept at analyzing the problem and finding a solution which involved replacement of a defective circuit board. Fast and efficient sertvice. Thank you!.
