The service was great. The first two technician that helped with the consultation and quote were extremely helpful. They helped hold the garage door so I could get my car out so I wasn't stranded and then was able to put it back down and lock the patch in place wonky door wasn't always open leaving me susceptible to break-ins. They went over and beyond on service while they were here. They did give me a slight miscommunication about the repair date and time schedule but the guy from the main office who called and scheduled the garage door replacement did everything he could to get his guys out there as the first guy had promised. The technicians that did the repair got it down in the time frame unneeded so I could make my other appointments for the day too and the new garage door and paneling looks better and even SOUNDS WAY WAY better. It's almost quiet now. And it doesn't get stuck either and that's not even the reason the door was being replaced for initially anyway. They also drove all the way from Pensacola to Panama City to replace my garage door, an for an early morning appointment too. That's a far drive too, that's what I consider great service all the way around. Thanks a bunch!

Roger and Triston did an excellent job replacing our garage door. I am very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge of the products they installed. I am totally satisfied with the services and the products that I received from this company. They first came out to my house because my garage door would not close - same day service! I was shown the problem with my door and was told I needed to replace it. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in; but once it did, they came right out to install it. After about two weeks I seemed to notice that the door was noisy as it went up and down. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem - at no charge!!! I am so impressed with this company. They come when they say they're coming and the installers are super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives!!!

I chose Precision because of their same day service. The guys came out and diagnosed my problem and told me I needed a new door. They were able to close my old door so that my garage was secured. A few days later I accidentally hit the door opener in my car and had to call the guys to come back out to close my door. They came out that day and took care of the problem. I have ordered a new garage door and I'm very anxious to get it installed. I would definitely recommend Precision based on their service so far.

Unlike most contractors in our area, they showed up when they said they would and did a professional job. Door looks and runs much better. After I adjusted the slack in the chain on my old door opener, the door is much quieter than the old one. No more pops and squeaks. Would buy again.

I had closure issues with my garage door and found local service yesterday. Today presented a new problem which prevented me from opening my garage to put our car away but the local company evidently takes Friday afternoons off. I called Precision around 4 pm and was professionally greeted, knowledgably identified and assured a technician would be at my home between 6 and 8 pm. I received a call shortly after 5:30 letting me know they were enroute. My garage door issues were diagnosed and repaired in less than half an hour. This type of service is unheard of and rarely experienced by me. How incredible to have such a professional and knowledgeable company available. I would recommend never wasting your time on any other company due to the efficiency, reliability and integrity of Precision.

I needed a fix for my garage door that was stuck in the up position. I called very early in the morning, around 6AM. I was able to schedule an appointment for later the same day! The repair man was at my house in about three hours from my call. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the door in short order. He was prompt and explained what he was going to do to fix our door. It now works better than it ever has and we have a lifetime guarantee on all of the parts used in the repair.
