Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Within a matter of seconds of me contacting the company online I had an appointment for same day service. I had closure issues with my garage door and found local service yesterday. Today presented a new problem which prevented me from opening my garage to put our car away but the local company evidently takes Friday afternoons off. I called Precision around 4 pm and was professionally greeted, knowledgably identified and assured a technician would be at my home between 6 and 8 pm. I received a call shortly after 5:30 letting me know they were enroute. My garage door issues were diagnosed and repaired in less than half an hour. This type of service is unheard of and rarely experienced by me. How incredible to have such a professional and knowledgeable company available. I would recommend never wasting your time on any other company due to the efficiency, reliability and integrity of Precision.

I needed a fix for my garage door that was stuck in the up position. I called very early in the morning, around 6AM. I was able to schedule an appointment for later the same day! The repair man was at my house in about three hours from my call. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the door in short order. He was prompt and explained what he was going to do to fix our door. It now works better than it ever has and we have a lifetime guarantee on all of the parts used in the repair. We will definitely call Precision Door if we ever have problems with our other garage door. It's nice to deal with such professional people!
