I am totally satisfied with the services and the products that I received from this company. They first came out to my house because my garage door would not close - same day service! I was shown the problem with my door and was told I needed to replace it. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in; but once it did, they came right out to install it. After about two weeks I seemed to notice that the door was noisy as it went up and down. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem - at no charge!!! I am so impressed with this company. They come when they say they're coming and the installers are super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives!!!

I chose Precision because of their same day service. The guys came out and diagnosed my problem and told me I needed a new door. They were able to close my old door so that my garage was secured. A few days later I accidentally hit the door opener in my car and had to call the guys to come back out to close my door. They came out that day and took care of the problem. I have ordered a new garage door and I'm very anxious to get it installed. I would definitely recommend Precision based on their service so far.

Can't have a tech show up 8-10 if he starts out 2.5 hours away from me. Maybe arrange something in future...No service performed

Unlike most contractors in our area, they showed up when they said they would and did a professional job. Door looks and runs much better. After I adjusted the slack in the chain on my old door opener, the door is much quieter than the old one. No more pops and squeaks. Would buy again.

After a severe storm in our area, our garage door was not working properly. I called Precision Door Service and was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff member. He was EXTREMELY helpful in meeting my specific needs by working around my work schedule (which included a late appointment). I would use this service again and highly recommend this company for any garage door needs. GREAT JOB!

Very satisfied with the service. Darrell was very nice & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing & why, and tips to help keep the door running quietly. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way & when to expect him. I would definitely recommend Precision Door!

Fast courteous service. I think I received good value with immediate results. My new opener is whisper quiet and works like a champ. The technician (Wade) knew exactly what he was doing and accomplished the task like a true professional. Thank you.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Within a matter of seconds of me contacting the company online I had an appointment for same day service. I contacted them at 5pm and had an appointment window from 6-8pm... Roger called 20 minutes before arrival and arrived promptly. He was super friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently got to work. Great company, great employee, and great service- all within a reasonable budget! I will definitely use this company again if needed and will highly recommend them to my friends.

I had closure issues with my garage door and found local service yesterday. Today presented a new problem which prevented me from opening my garage to put our car away but the local company evidently takes Friday afternoons off. I called Precision around 4 pm and was professionally greeted, knowledgably identified and assured a technician would be at my home between 6 and 8 pm. I received a call shortly after 5:30 letting me know they were enroute. My garage door issues were diagnosed and repaired in less than half an hour. This type of service is unheard of and rarely experienced by me. How incredible to have such a professional and knowledgeable company available. I would recommend never wasting your time on any other company due to the efficiency, reliability and integrity of Precision.

I needed a fix for my garage door that was stuck in the up position. I called very early in the morning, around 6AM. I was able to schedule an appointment for later the same day! The repair man was at my house in about three hours from my call. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the door in short order. He was prompt and explained what he was going to do to fix our door. It now works better than it ever has and we have a lifetime guarantee on all of the parts used in the repair. We will definitely call Precision Door if we ever have problems with our other garage door. It's nice to deal with such professional people!
