It is with great relief and pleasure to write this review. Do Not Hesitate using Precision Doors. I received a call from my 83 year old Vietnam Veteran who was taken advantage of by one of those fly by night debris companies will cleaning his home in Panama City. When I arrived Thanksgiving Day I started making calls to help him not be so overwhelmed. I started with his garage door that was ruined in the hurricane. Not only did they answer they set an appointment for the next morning. Justin the tech arrived and was a God send, extremely professional, quick and totally reasonable in the job. I can not tell you how many times he referred to The Retired Veteran And Thanked him for his service. The company not only brought back faith in people but also faith in Trust. I had a great experience. The technician was early on his scheduled time. He went over everything that needed to be repaired and gave me options on repairs to be done. I ended up going with an overhaul and waranty. He even went over after care which I was never aware of. Seei bff as this is my first experience with garage door repair I have no comlaints.

The spring on my garage door broke on Friday night. None of the local Garage repair companies were open om Saturday, so called Precision. they scheduled us for 2 pm with Darrell Williams. Your technicians were very pleasant and informative. Our garage door opener was repaired with durable results. The only complaint I have is that they were over 2 hours late - with no prior notice from your office in Pensacola. I'm sure you guys knew they were running behind and could have notified me with a simple phone call. I had a very busy schedule planned for that day which had to be rearranged after - I GOT AGITATED AND CALLED YOU !!!!!!

The service was great. The first two technician that helped with the consultation and quote were extremely helpful. They helped hold the garage door so I could get my car out so I wasn't stranded and then was able to put it back down and lock the patch in place wonky door wasn't always open leaving me susceptible to break-ins. They went over and beyond on service while they were here. They did give me a slight miscommunication about the repair date and time schedule but the guy from the main office who called and scheduled the garage door replacement did everything he could to get his guys out there as the first guy had promised. The technicians that did the repair got it down in the time frame unneeded so I could make my other appointments for the day too and the new garage door and paneling looks better and even SOUNDS WAY WAY better. It's almost quiet now. And it doesn't get stuck either and that's not even the reason the door was being replaced for initially anyway. They also drove all the way from Pensacola to Panama City to replace my garage door, an for an early morning appointment too. That's a far drive too, that's what I consider great service all the way around. Thanks a bunch!
