My door messed up badly on my way to work. Called several places and either got no answer or couldn't help me out in the immediate future. Called Precision and left a message on their service. Precision called me back later in the day, set up appointment for very next day, was there when they said they'd be there and solved my problem. Very satisfied with their service.

Great experience, had issues with my sensors and Derrick fixed my problem within minutes. My doors are 24 years old and he pointed out serous safety issues that I didn’t see. He gave me a good deal on new ones.

My Technician was Derek Homan and all I can say is WOW! He was very friendly, informative, and went way above and beyond to ensure my old garage door was shut before he left. I'm getting a new door but I was concerned that the door would be open until that new door was installed. He should be commended!!

JD showed up early to replace the busted springs on my old door and after his in-depth inspection I was convinced to just replace the whole door. Even though it will be a week or so before they are able to replace the door he still went through with fixing the problem at hand so we can use our garage while we wait. Great service thank you

Amazingly prompt service and resolution to my garage door dilemma. Seems I failed to notice the door was closing at the same moment I was backing out (odd how that happened...ha). I called Precision, was greeted immediately by a pleasant and professional man who found my past customer information and assured me someone would arrive in a 2 hour window set for the afternoon. It seems I no sooner placed the call that a technician was in my drive. He was non judgmental, assessed the problem and assured me it was an easy fix. I was back to pre encounter condition in no time, relieved and thrilled beyond belief. How great to have access to such fine and competent people. Thank you....thank you.

I called for my garage door which had one spring that completely broke in two. I called around 12:30PM and was told that someone would be here between 2-4- same day! I was amazed and thankful. I got a call 15-20 minutes later that the tech was on his way and asked if he could come EARLY! Wade was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and answered all of my questions, provided explanations of what he was doing and what was needed, even gave me options but no pressure for additional work that was not needed at this time. Should I have any additional garage door trouble, I will most definitely be calling Precision!!! Thanks Wade and team!

I had Rolling vertical shutters installed an three patio doors and large front window. Installation went smooth and the technicians attention to detail was note worthy. You could tell they took pride in their work. Just another level of security and protection if we ever get another "Michael"!! It's not often these days that you get this kind of response and quality work! You will not be disappointed with this company!! Although I selected installed garage door as this service, it would not allow me to post without making a selection.

Your technician, Austin Young, visited my home to evaluate the hurricane damage to my garage door. Austin arrived in a timely manner and was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was very compassionate, helpful, and kind and is definitely an asset to your company. The young man assisting him was also very kind. He definitely deserves a five star rating.

I actually chose Precision for my interest in Bahama Shutters for my new home. Your timeliness was above all of my expectation. Billy was my service man coming to my home. He was very knowledgeable of your product and very kind. I look so forward to receiving the shutters as I feel it will certainly add charm to my home. Of course the Senior Discount always makes the homeowner happy. By all means...5 stars for all. Thank you, Linda Magill 504 Palm Ave. Panama city Beach, FL 32413.

I live in Panama City. I was told there would be a $49.95 service fee. I told the young lady I would call back. I called back and after a few seconds of conversation she waived the service call fee. The young man came out and told me the Panama City area service is $65.00. I explained to him I was told 49.95 and that fee was waived. He said he could not waive the fee but he would charge me 49.95 plus parts. If my parts had came to over $100.00 he would waive the service fee. I called the office and they read the notes back to us. Like I said before the service was waived. He told her the call center can't waive the fees because they don't work the field. I told them both don't penalize me for the miscommunication. It was proven that what I was told, was right. Instead of moving forward and winning over my business, they decided to continue to debate and involve a manager. I decided that I would find someone else to buy my parts from. 20 minutes of wasted time and it was hot.
