I called for my garage door which had one spring that completely broke in two. I called around 12:30PM and was told that someone would be here between 2-4- same day! I was amazed and thankful. I got a call 15-20 minutes later that the tech was on his way and asked if he could come EARLY! Wade was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and answered all of my questions, provided explanations of what he was doing and what was needed, even gave me options but no pressure for additional work that was not needed at this time. Should I have any additional garage door trouble, I will most definitely be calling Precision!!! Thanks Wade and team!

Just recently installed roll-down and accordian type hurricane shutters on our house in Mexico Beach. The guys were fantastic! Very respectful, prompt, and eager to help. The installation went seamlessly and finished in 1 day. They look fantastic!!! Would definitely recommend precision door to anyone looking for shutters of any kind!!

Precision were amazing! They spent months correcting the issues cause by Home Depot with my Clopay doors and waited calming until my Builder finally got to where they should have been when they had me order the doors. (storing said doors safely). Their install was flawless! All their employees were super helpful. Thank you

I had Rolling vertical shutters installed an three patio doors and large front window. Installation went smooth and the technicians attention to detail was note worthy. You could tell they took pride in their work. Just another level of security and protection if we ever get another "Michael"!! It's not often these days that you get this kind of response and quality work! You will not be disappointed with this company!! Although I selected installed garage door as this service, it would not allow me to post without making a selection.

GReat service with no frills ! great people\employees.I'm a project manager for a large const company and Iv'e used them for several projects, I don't even bother calling other door company's. I keep their number handy and save myself the headaches of dealing with "the other guys".

Your technician, Austin Young, visited my home to evaluate the hurricane damage to my garage door. Austin arrived in a timely manner and was very professional and answered all of my questions. I live in Panama City. I was told there would be a $49.95 service fee. I told the young lady I would call back. I called back and after a few seconds of conversation she waived the service call fee. The young man came out and told me the Panama City area service is $65.00. I explained to him I was told 49.95 and that fee was waived. He said he could not waive the fee but he would charge me 49.95 plus parts. If my parts had came to over $100.00 he would waive the service fee. I called the office and they read the notes back to us. Like I said before the service was waived. He told her the call center can't waive the fees because they don't work the field. I told them both don't penalize me for the miscommunication. It was proven that what I was told, was right. Instead of moving forward and winning over my business, they decided to continue to debate and involve a manager. I decided that I would find someone else to buy my parts from. 20 minutes of wasted time and it was hot.

18’ door improperly installed on detached workshop May 26.. When I finally installed my opener some ten days later, the torsion spring was so overtightened it blew out my powerful 1hp Sommer direct drive when i tried to close door. The large t-strut on the top panel was in wrong place . It was below top roller bracket instead of being above it. This made it impossible to use the reinforcement bracket the installers left me. After making my own bracket, the opener, which is rated for 1200 pounds,buckled trying to close the 440 pound door. Two weeks after the mis-installation, a technian was sent to correct the problems. To further earn this poor review, I was charged a $65 service fee. My phone appeal of that fell on deaf ears.

Amazingly prompt service and resolution to my garage door dilemma. Seems I failed to notice the door was closing at the same moment I was backing out (odd how that happened...ha). I called Precision, was greeted immediately by a pleasant and professional man who found my past customer information and assured me someone would arrive in a 2 hour window set for the afternoon. It seems I no sooner placed the call that a technician was in my drive. He was non judgmental, assessed the problem and assured me it was an easy fix. I was back to pre encounter condition in no time, relieved and thrilled beyond belief. How great to have access to such fine and competent people. Thank you....thank you.
