I am so impressed with Precision. First of all I got a pic of the technician before he arrived at my home. Security is key and I felt that was taken into consideration. Jordon arrived at my home, provided several options for repairing or replacing my 1970 garage door. No high pressure sales tactics. Just the facts. I chose to replace the door which required a bit more work. Matthew arrived today and the team delivered just as Jordon stated. Rarely do you find a company where cross departments are that instep. The professionalism and general concern for customer satisfaction is outstanding! I'll definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

Precision replaced my garage door following Hurricane Michael in 2018. They did an excellent job then and another excellent job when a repair was needed on June 15, 2021. Thomas "Bailey" Parker arrived on time just as the office had promised. My garage door had gotten crooked and wouldn't close but halfway. Mr. Parker had a name for it and said he couldn't tell me how it happens but he can make the necessary repairs. He did in a very timely manner at no charge due to the lifetime warranty of the door. I am so pleased that I chose Precision when my door needed replacement. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Parker!

Garage door opener failed on Sunday. I called Precision, and they sent a service man on Monday. He had all the parts on his van and we were back in business in a couple hours.
