Precision replaced my garage door following Hurricane Michael in 2018. They did an excellent job then and another excellent job when a repair was needed on June 15, 2021. Thomas "Bailey" Parker arrived on time just as the office had promised. My garage door had gotten crooked and wouldn't close but halfway. Mr. Parker had a name for it and said he couldn't tell me how it happens but he can make the necessary repairs. He did in a very timely manner at no charge due to the lifetime warranty of the door. I am so pleased that I chose Precision when my door needed replacement. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Parker!

Highly Recommended - All I can say is "wow!" I am thoroughly impressed with how organized Precision Door Service is as well as how their technician handled our service. Their customer communication was spot on. They gave a 2-hour window for arrival and actually arrived 1-hour early. Turner Cobb was the technician dispatched to our home. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable of his job and how to perform it, very thorough and cleaned up when he was finished. He provided service options from which to choose and ensured we fully understood each option. He was committed to our complete satisfaction. Great job Precision and great job Turner Cobb!

Garage door opener failed on Sunday. I called Precision, and they sent a service man on Monday. He had all the parts on his van and we were back in business in a couple hours. Everyone very polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I should tell you that my old opener was 27 years old, so no surprise that it had to be replaced.

My door messed up badly on my way to work. Called several places and either got no answer or couldn't help me out in the immediate future. Called Precision and left a message on their service. Precision called me back later in the day, set up appointment for very next day, was there when they said they'd be there and solved my problem. Very satisfied with their service.

JD showed up early to replace the busted springs on my old door and after his in-depth inspection I was convinced to just replace the whole door. I am so impressed with Precision. First of all I got a pic of the technician before he arrived at my home. Security is key and I felt that was taken into consideration. Jordon arrived at my home, provided several options for repairing or replacing my 1970 garage door. No high pressure sales tactics. Just the facts. I chose to replace the door which required a bit more work. Matthew arrived today and the team delivered just as Jordon stated. Rarely do you find a company where cross departments are that instep. The professionalism and general concern for customer satisfaction is outstanding! I'll definitely keep them in mind for future needs.
