My garage door was making a horrible noise so I called Precision Door. I was very pleased that someone could take a look at it that very day (my day off from work). It was fixed and reasonably priced. He also advised me on how to take care of the door. I had no idea that I should have been lubricating it. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use PD again if needed.

From the telephone call to set appointment to the tech coming to my home EARLIER than scheduled, I will say that the entire experience surpassed my expectations. Kylie who set my appointment was super professional and very courteous, and Justin who was our tech was not only very expedient in getting the issue diagnosed, but gave me several options for me to make a better decision on how to take care of the problem.. It's refreshing to see people in the service industry have great attitudes doing their jobs and make us as clients feel like a priority and not an interruption in their day! Prompt and on time! Jason was very profession and identified exactly what my issues were. Best thing was that they replaced the broken spring and installed the correct bracket (one that was installed was not even close to being correct or mounted in right place) in 30 minutes. Great job!! This company really does a 5* job! From the gal on the phone, to the professional website, to the repairman they send out! Justin was very professional, respectful, great personality.....and very good at what he does. Only took an hour to replace the spring and repair everything. We are astounded at the prompt service we received from your company. No other service, appliance repairmen, electricians, plumbers, etc., have ever responded to a repair request so quickly. As noted in other reviews we received an email with a picture of your repairman, a phone call informing us of when he would arrive, which was right on time. He explained exactly what the problem was, gave us a quote which included a lifetime warranty, and went right to work. He finished in an hour and a half. We will definitely recommend your business to our friends. Additionally, we'll write a recommendation article in our monthly community newsletter that is delivered to the 400 homes in our community. Thank you for being such a caring business and so customer friendly.

We had a great experience with our technician. Our garage door had been improperly installed by the builder with very cheap and incorrect parts. The door finally failed on us after making horrible noises, leaving our home vulnerable to critters and criminals. Precision Door Service responded quickly. The technician took the time to explain the problems and give us options. For safety and peace of mind, we had the technicians install new cables, springs, rollers, etc. An overhaul! We highly recommend them.

I am very leery when it comes to hiring contractors to do work for me. I have been disappointed many times in the past. Being a craftsman, and growing up in the construction industry, I am very picky and I can do many things well myself and I have found that I can almost always do a better job than the people I hire. On a recommendation from Angie’s list, I contacted Precision Door Service to tune-up my garage door. The tech I met was Justin Ables, and he did a very fine job. He made me happy which is not an easy thing to do. So much so, that I decided to give Precision Overhead Door Service a chance to install three new roll-up garage doors in my new garage. They bid on the job like everyone else and they beat the prices I had received from the other companies. Since I was already familiar with their excellent service, it was an easy decision to make. As before, they did an excellent job; this time installing new doors. I can recommend them highly to my friends, and will use them again myself.

I purchased an 8x10 garage door and opener for my new shop. The company and technician have been very professional and prompt from the initial contact. The door looks to be very good quality. I thought the extended warranty was a bit expensive at first, but after the tech explained what was in it and what it covered, I did get it and recommend it. I can't think of anything about the equipment or install that wasn't top notch. Very professional company.

Everything was done on time. I was told when the repair man was coming for an estimate and he was here within 5 minutes. I was told when he would be here to fix my door, how much it would be and how long it would take. Again he was here within 5 minutes of that time, the price did not change and he was finished when he said he would be. It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with you. The repairman was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, capable, courteous and polite, with customer service as a priority. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time on the morning I called to request service. He carried-out a system safety check; diagnosed and fixed the garage door opener problem in short order; and provided an estimate for additional needed maintenance items. I recommend Precision to anyone needing this service. Tuesday morning, 9 December 2014, I contacted the Precision Door Service repairman to determine a schedule to replace my garage door opener, spring, roller drums and ancillary items as estimated Monday, 24 November 2014, during his earlier service call. The replacement was promptly scheduled for 2 pm that day. At near the scheduled time, the repairman called and asked permission for him and his assistant to arrive some 30 minutes early to accomplish the replacement; I agreed, appreciating his courtesy and the fact that he could come sooner than originally planned. The two men were very polite, professional, courteous and efficient. The old system was removed and the new one installed and operating smoothly within less than an hour and a half. The system components and installation price were exactly as estimated. I am pleased with the prompt, capable service I have gotten from Precision Door Service.

I call several Overhead Door companies listed in our phone book. I need our door repaired because it was Friday and we needed our over the weekend and you were the only one that could or would do it right away. The repairman was very well qualified and pointed out an additional problem area beside the broken spring. He did the repair very quickly and pointed out his repairs and some area he adjusted. Upon completing the settlement of the charge he told me I would receive the receipt via e-mail. I have not found this so far on my e-mail. Would you please check it out for me. Thank you,

AMAZING company! I am a property manager in the NWF area and had an unexpected emergency at one of our properties.
